Day 300

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today almost the best they've been only over 3grams on fats. Great Glutes/Back workout with cardio this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is cardio same as always 8min to warm up then 20min to finish but the strength part will be Chest(Giant Set)/Shoulders in the morning weather permitting of course since there is a chance of snow overnight. Got an alternative to the assisted dip pressdown and did that today using an exercise band and putting the squat rack hooks almost to the bottom then put my foot in the middle and did the half the reps with one foot and half with the other foot. Coach sent that alternative to me last night since that's what he has others do at the Leaner Lab.
