Day 290

Almost all green on my Versa but will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Macros were the best they've been all week. Writing early cause I was called into work 3PM-9:30PM so may not sure yet be off tomorrow then I can get 3 gym days and just 2 at home workouts. Sent Coach Adam my weekly check in early since I went ahead and completed my food journal. Will see what he thinks about for my at home workouts using some of last cycles workouts. Starting today is my jumpstart on my lenten no sweets. I'm on day 3 of standing donkey kicks while brushing my teeth.
