Saturday 7/31

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 247, P goal was 140 and I was over 21 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 14 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 20 grams. This week's training plan is Monday at home, Tuesday through Thursday gym workouts and Friday at home workout. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Versa battery is at 39% so will charge it soon. Completed all power list tasks on both the app and my personal list.

Friday 7/30

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 262 calories, P goal was 140 and I was over 35 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 2 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 12 grams. Great workout this evening and unsure of next week's training plan will figure that out after I see my work schedule for the week. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Completed all tasks on both my personal power list and the daily list on the app. Next week's training will be the same no matter if it's in the gym or at home.  

Thursday 7/29

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I had 2 left, P goal was 140 and I was over 22 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 7 grams left. Got in a great upper day 2 and 30 min walk on the treadmill. Tomorrow's training plan is Booty pump 3 sets then 3 min rest before finishing with Core and upper body pump 9 min EMOM. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Completed personal and app power lists for today. Still  need to take photos and measurement that will be done tomorrow morning. 

Wednesday 7/28

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 138, P goal was 140 and I was over 40 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 9 grams and F goal was 50 and I had 7 grams left. Change in today's training plan as I tracked truck unload due to it being so hot and being worn out after we got finished with unload. Completed all my personal and app power list tasks. Decided to just weigh in on Wednesday instead of every day for my own mental health. Catching up soon on today's live stream from the app. Tomorrow's training plan is upper day2 after work. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and clothes are still in the bag for tomorrow. Soon will get my post workout stack ready. Versa battery is 32% so plan on charging once I reach my 3rd Active Day for the Step Bet Marathon.

Tuesday 7/27

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 360, P goal was 140 and I was over 39 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 3 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 23 grams. Great leg day workout this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is 40 min walk on the treadmill. Completed both my personal power list and the one on the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and workout clothes are ready as well. Will get my post workout stack ready in the morning.  

Monday 7/26

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 31, P goal was 140 and I was over 6 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 50 and I was right on target. Great 20 min AMRAP today. Tomorrow's training plan is lower day1 and 30 min cardio. Completed both my personal Power List and the one on the app.  Catching up on today's live stream from the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Sunday 7/25

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 19K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 40, P goal was 140 and I had 7 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 7 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 9 grams.  Completed my power list both personal and the one in the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Tomorrow's training plan is 20 min AMRAP. Versa battery is 27% so will charge it really soon.  Monday and Friday's training will be at home and Tuesday through Thursday will be in the gym.

Macros were good today Calorie goal was 1570 and I was over 163, P goal was 140 and I had 3 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 9 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 22 grams. Got in a great 10 min EMOM this morning. Completed my power list and modified the one on the app exchanged 10K steps for hit step goal which was raised due to joining a step bet challenge. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Today I listened to 2 podcasts one with the topic of the CBS show Big Brother and the other was Real AF hosted by Andy Frisella one of the founders of 1ST PHORM. I would only recommend the latter if you don't mind cuss words.

Friday 7/23

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calorie goal was 1570 and I was over 148, P goal was 140 and I was over 28 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 2 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 2 grams. Great Full-Body 2 rounds for time workout this morning.  Completed all 6 things on my Power List. Next week's training plan is Monday 20 min AMRAP, Tuesday Lower day1, Wed 30 min Cardio, Thursday Upper2 and Friday Booty Pump 3 sets (20min max).  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. 

Thursday 7/22

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 205, P goal was 140 and I was over 29 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 8 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 3 grams. Got in a great 45 min walk after work for active recovery. Tomorrow's training plan is Full-Body 2 rounds for time. Starting today I'm posting my personal power list. 1. Track Macros. 2. Drink a gallon of water. 3. Read a chapter in this month's reading with Jenna book(Jenna from The Today Show). 4. Listen to a live stream recording or a podcast. 5. Get in 15K steps. 6. Drink my reds and greens for my tummy health nightly. Completed all above except for #3 haven't read a chapter yet but will once I put my Versa 2 on the charge it's at 41% now. Vitamins  are ready for tomorrow.

Wednesday 7/21

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 100, P goal was 140 and I was over 21 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 50 and I was over 1 gram. Got in a great Chipper workout with 1200 meter row and 1 mile walk for time. Drank my reds and greens now ready for bed. Tomorrow's training plan is 45 min active recovery cardio. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and workout clothes are packed and ready to go. Catching up on today's live stream from the app. I started it earlier but was finished on the treadmill so beginning it again.

Tuesday 7/20

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 222, P goal was 140 and I was over 29 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 4 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 10 grams. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Great 30 min EMOM this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Chipper for time and instead of run it will be 400M row then 800M row and end with a mile walk on the treadmill after truck unload. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and workout clothes are also packed for tomorrow's workout.

Monday 7/19

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 158, P goal was 140 and I was over 24 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 50 and I was over 6 grams. Tracked truck unload instead of hitting the gym as it wears me out being one person short for unload. Drank my reds and greens now waiting to put my retainers back in. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Training plan for tomorrow is 30 min EMOM (6sets). 

Sunday 7/18

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 276 calories, P goal was 140 and I was over 6 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 50 and I was over 25 grams. Tomorrow's training plan is a chipper workout where I start with one exercise then each section add another one until I do 5 total exercises. Drank my reds and greens now waiting for my timer to go off so I can put my retainers in for the night.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and so are my workout clothes. 

Saturday 7/17

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I had 7 left, P goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 4 grams. Drank reds and greens later than normal but still got them in. Meds are ready for the week and Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Next week's workouts are as planned yesterday with Monday through Thursday being gym workouts and Friday being an at home workout.  

Friday 7/16

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 91, P goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left, C goal was 140 and I was over 3 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 10 grams. Got in a great Booty Pump 3 min rest then Core and upper body pump to finish up. Next week's workouts will be Monday Chipper, Tuesday 30 min EMOM, Wed Chipper for time, Thursday 45 min active recovery cardio and Friday Full-Body 2 rounds for time and quality. Just unsure other than for Tuesday how many will be in the gym and how many will be at home. Drank my reds and greens earlier this evening. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Caught an awesome and informative live stream this morning before I had to get ready to leave for work.

Thursday 7/15

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today Calories goal was 1570 and I had 21 calories left, P goal was 140 and I was over 3 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 10 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was right on target. Got in a great upper2 workout this morning and added 3 sets of 12 reps crunches, lower crunches and oblique crunches. Tomorrow's training session is Booth pump: 3 sets (20 min cap) then 3 min rest before Core and upper-body pump: 9 min EMOM. Got caught up on today's awesome live stream on the app.  Bought my food scale and Cold Brew concentrate this morning. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will be making my reds and greens shortly. Next week's training is the same no matter if I get into the gym or not but will wait until I see my work schedule then if I want I can put the tab on either home or gym.

Wednesday 7/14

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I had 78 left, P goal was 140 and I was on target, C goal was 140 and I was on target and F goal was 50 and I had 10 grams left. Got in a great Full-Body AMRAP this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is upper2 at the gym after breakfast. Watched an informative live stream on the app this morning. Decided to wait until tomorrow to stop at Wal-Mart for my food scale and cold brew coffee.  Drank reds and greens now letting my toothpaste sit and then putting my retainers in for the night. 

Tuesday 7/13

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was 79 over, P goal was 140 and I was over 4 grams, C goal was 140 and I was 1 gram over and F goal was 50 and I was over 6 grams. Got in a great 20 min EMOM this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is Full body AMRAP this time being reps. Plan on taking measurements, progress photos and weighing in as tomorrow is weigh-in Wednesday. Drank my reds and greens now letting my toothpaste sit before rinsing then putting my retainers in for the night. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Also tomorrow plan on stopping at Wal-Mart for a food scale and see if they have and cold brew concentrate. If they don't then on Thursday I'll stop at Dillon's to see if they have any.

Monday 7/12

Got in a great 20 min AMRAP after dinner. Tomorrow's training plan is 20 min EMOM then 30 min cardio. Drank my reds and greens then began my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Sunday 7/11

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calorie goal was 1570 and I was over 325 calories, P goal was 140 and I was over 47 grams, C goal was 140 and I hit my target and F goal was 50 and I was over 14 grams. Tuesday's training plan will more than likely be 20 min EMOM as I need to take my car to get an oil change. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Tomorrow's training plan is 20 min AMRAP after dinner. Tuesday morning after I take my car to get the oil changed I'll take my measurements and progress photos since Wed is weigh in day.

Saturday 7/10

Macros were good today Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 99, P goal was 140 and I was over 13 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 12 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 8 grams. Monday's training session is 20 min AMRAP after dinner, Tuesday's training session is Lower 1 in the gym, Wed training session is Full-Body AMRAP before work, Thursday's training session is Upper2 in the gym and Friday's training session is Booty Pump 3 sets then rest 3 min before 9 min EMOM Core and Upper Body before work if time but if not then after dinner.  Meds are ready for the week and Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine.

Friday 7/9

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today Calories goal was 1570 and I had 84 left, P goal was 140 and I hit my target, C goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 7 grams left. Got in a great Full-Body AMRAP this morning. Next week's training sessions plan will change depending on my work schedule. I do know that my sessions will either be at home or on the gym as I got a text this morning saying there will be no truck. Tonight I finally changed the battery in my frother as I've had it since June  8th. Drinking my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Took measurements and better progress photos this morning. Earlier I got caught up on today's live stream from the app. 

Thursday 7/8

Macros were great again today P goal was 140 and I was over 7 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was right on target. Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 15 grams. Got in a great active recovery day of 45 min treadmill walk. Tomorrow's training plan is Full-Body AMRAP with the R standing for reps. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drank my reds and greens for my tummy health.  Caught up on the live stream from the app. Versa battery is at 49% so will be charging it soon. Plan on taking measurements and better progress photos in the app tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 7/7

Macros were great again today P goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left, C goal was 140 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 50 and I had 5 grams left. Decided to track truck unload this morning for my training session since it was hot this morning and just the short few minutes I was in the trailer I got so hot that I had a heat induced headache. Catching up on today's live stream from the app.  Drank my reds and greens now enjoying the rest of the evening. Tomorrow's training plan is 45 min active recovery cardio. 

Tuesday 7/6

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great P goal was 140 and I was over 9 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 1 gram. Calories goal was 1570 and I was over 43. I had a typo yesterday P goal wasn't 150 like I put it was actually 140. Got in a great warm up then 12 min EMOM then 2 min rest before another 12 min EMOM. Tomorrow's training plan is either truck unload or Full-Body AMRAP with the R being reps or both I haven't decided yet. Drank my reds and greens and now relaxing for the rest of the evening. Macros were great again P goal was 150 and I had 2 grams left, C goal was 140 and I had 5 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. Great AMRAP full body style this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is 2 12 min EMOM with a 2 min rest between. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine. App update issue was mostly I think an android issue and a fix was released this morning. The app developers that work for 1ST Phorm are the best in the business. 

Sunday 7/4

Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 9 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 4 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 12 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drank my reds and greens before beginning my nighttime routine.  Tomorrow's training plan is Full-body AMRAP that stands for As Many Reps or Rounds As Possible this time it's reps. This week's AMRAP is reps. 

Saturday 7/3

 All green on my Versa 2, almost achieved my steps per hour goal just missed the 5PM hour by 27 steps. But have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today P goal was 140 and I was over 25 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 1 gram left and F goal was 50 and I had 2 grams left. This week's training plan is Full-body AMRAP Monday, 12 min EMOM Tuesday, Full-body AMRAP Wed or truck unload haven't decided yet, Active Recovery 45 min Cardio Thursday and Full-body AMRAP again on Friday. After yesterday's app update the progress photo part won't load for me all I get is a blank screen. Drank my reds and greens and have begun my nighttime routine.  Meds and supplements are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

Friday 7/2

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 47 grams, C goal was 140 and I had 18 grams left and F goal was 50 and I had 5 grams left. Got in a great modified lower2 workout after dinner.  Catching up on today's live stream from the app. Drank my reds and greens for my tummy health before beginning my nighttime routine. I updated the app I use for my food tracking and workouts this morning and love the new updates I can switch from my regular workout to a home workout or even customize a workout so if I want to I can put truck unload X pieces instead of the workout that's scheduled. Tomorrow's plan is to measure and take progress photos excited to see any new changes to that part of the app.

Thursday 7/1

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 140 and I was over 42 grams, C goal was, 140 and I had 31 grams left and F goal was 50 and I was over 5 grams. Got in a great upper2 workout but change in plan modified it for at home instead of a gym workout. Tomorrow's training plan is lower2 modified for at home. Catching up on today's live stream from the app. Drank my reds and greens for my tummy health before beginning my nighttime routine. One more shift and then my weekend off. Was supposed to work 9AM to 5PM but with the change in truck and second day stocking I'm working 7AM to 2PM then home to get my lower2 in before dinner.
