 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today Calorie goal was 1570 and I was over 148, P goal was 140 and I was over 28 grams, C goal was 140 and I was over 2 grams and F goal was 50 and I was over 2 grams. Great Full-Body 2 rounds for time workout this morning.  Completed all 6 things on my Power List. Next week's training plan is Monday 20 min AMRAP, Tuesday Lower day1, Wed 30 min Cardio, Thursday Upper2 and Friday Booty Pump 3 sets (20min max).  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.
