19 Weeks, 2 days out

Almost all green on my Versa 2 just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were good again today now to keep that going the rest of the week. Versa 2 battery is at 51% so will charge it a little later this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Glutes and cardio. So far loving Invisalign but my teeth are sore from getting used to the trays but hopefully that will get better in a couple of days. 

19 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were the best yet only over 2 grams on protein but under or at on both carbs and fats. SMART goals: Lose 5-10# by tracking macros and getting in my workouts plus watch my snacking. Friday still going to take measurements and progress photo to send to Coach Adam on Sunday.

19 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better today but over on fats. Got in 3 sets of 20 squats before Chest/Shoulders (giant sets). Starting Invisalign in the morning so still plan on getting in Glutes/Back before work at noon. Plan on taking measurements and a progress photo for the end of April beginning of May. 

19 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but still over on carbs so will work on that the rest of the week. Tired after an 8 and a half hour day so will get a few legs exercises in before Chest/Shoulders (Giant Set) in the morning. Friday will take measurements and a progress photo to send on Sunday to Coach Adam. 

19 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't that great today need to improve on that this week. Workout plan this week is at least 4 at home workouts. Send my weekly check in to coach Adam this evening.  Versa battery is at 75% so will charge it in a little while since I didn't charge it fully either last night or Friday night I can't remember.

20 Weeks out

Almost all green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great over 4 grams on Carbs and over 21 grams on fats need to improve on that for this next week. Plan is legs/glutes on Monday evening, Chest/Shoulders (Giant Set) on Tuesday morning, Back/Glutes on Wednesday morning, Shoulders (Giant Set) unless I take a rest day on Thursday and Arms on Friday. Will send my weekly check in to Coach Adam tomorrow evening.

20 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't that great again over on carbs by 22 grams today but will work on getting that back down tomorrow. Got in a great Arms/Abs workout this morning. Got my new workouts this morning and its all printed and ready to start on Monday evening. Plan is to get at least 4 workouts in this week. Got my Core Load today and took the full serving before dinner and will start with half a serving in the morning then the rest of them serving in the evening. 

20 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great today so will work on that for the rest of the week. Tomorrows workout plan is a few sets from Back/Biceps and Deltoids workout then the full TBD workout taken from Instagram. Eager to see what Coach Adam comes up with for my workouts and what Coach Zack comes up with for tomorrow's team workout. I've got 23# to go to reach my goal of 125# by Sept.

20 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today was over a bit on carbs. Coach wants me to raise my steady state cardio to 30 min and will get me new workouts that can be done at home and at the gym. Ordered Core LOAD on Monday night and it shipped yesterday so should have it on Saturday so will start using on Sunday morning,

20 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great light legs workout then Chest/Triceps in this morning. Tomorrow's workout is TBD will check Instagram in the morning and screenshot the workout. Macros were great again today. Need to keep that up and snacking down to get the scale to start moving down again. Still waiting on a reply from Coach Adam about my steady state cardio if he wants me to keep it at 20 min or change it since I'm doing the at home virus workout posted by Coach Zackary.   

20 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Marcos were the best yet but need to improve a little on fiber and keep consistent with them. Decided to take an early rest day and will move the workouts back a week so tomorrows workout is Legs/Glutes. Weight was up a little but probably water weight and will be off again in a day or so 

20 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were good today but over 3 grams of carbs and good on protein and fats today. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam and think he will be happy I was closer on my macros this week. Tomorrow's workout is TBD will check Instagram in the morning and screenshot the workout. Missed miles yesterday but was green on everything else. Weight was up a little so I've got 22.2# to go to reach my goal of 125#.

21 Weeks out

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa 2, but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today just might miss active minutes. Again unsure of my macros for today since I got called in to work 3PM-9:30PM today.  Cleaned earlier today so didn't get in the Saturday Burner. Plan is to get in the usual at home workouts this week. Monday's workout is TBD will take a screenshot Monday morning. Just using Macros+ only today. Will send my weekly check in to Coach Adam tomorrow late afternoon.

21 weeks, 1 day out

Once again and for the last time changing up the title. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15 K steps today. Today's posted workout was Deltoids but decided to take a week day rest and and will do the Saturday burner posted in the morning. Macros were good other than over 25 grams on Carbs. I've still got 21.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. I like Macros+ better than MFP as the former is more accurate than the latter so starting tomorrow will just use Macros+ for logging food.  Eager to see what Coach Adam has planned for the team tomorrow.

Day 150 out

Starting today changing the titles to days out from the family wedding this fall. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great at home virus Glutes workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout is TBD will check Instagram in the morning and screenshot the workout. Macros were good today over just 8 grams on carbs but great on both protein and fats. I've got 21.5# to go to reach my goal of 125 by or before Sept 15th form the family wedding I'm attending. 

Day 356

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great Back Giant Sets at home workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout as always for this week is TBD when I check Instagram in the morning. I've got 22.1# to go to reach my goal of 125 and have 151 days till my cousins oldest daughters wedding. Using Macros+ and MFP my macros were different but not by much so posting Macros+ totals Protein and fats were good today but over 28 grams on carbs need to decrease carbs and fats while increasing protein.

Day 355

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better again just 9 grams over on carbs but fats and protein were good today. Today's workout was band only Glutes and tomorrow's is TBD will check Instagram I the morning and screenshot the workout. While many of my team SYLL teammates have contests they are prepping for my target date is Sept 12 which is when I have a wedding to attend of my oldest cousins oldest daughter. I have 23.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. I want to be at goal and maintaining before the wedding.

Day 354

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today only over 12 grams on carbs and great on protein and fats. This weeks virus workouts are all resistance band based and today's workout was Chest/Abs giant sets. Tomorrow's workout as of 4:30 central time is TBD. Great zoom chat with the team and Coach will do a Facebook live tomorrow then zoom chat again on Wednesday.

Day 353

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were OK today but way over on fats. Eager too see what  virus at home workouts Coach Zackary has planned for team SYLL this week. Sent Coach Adam my weekly check in a few minutes ago. Plan for this week is morning workouts then to catch the Team SYLL zoom chat in the afternoon.

Day 352

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today over 9 grams on protein, over 7 grams on carbs but under 5 grams on fats. Plan is 4-5 days of at home virus workouts this week and all will be in the morning since I'm off on vacation. Not going anywhere as we can't we are on a stay at home unless you need essentials or are an essential worker then you can get out. So I'm staying at home this week. The other full-time gal isn't taking vacation this week not sure why she either decided not to or didn't have that she could take.

Day 351

All green on my Versa 2,achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good over 13 grams on protein, over 4 grams on carbs and  over 11 grams on fats. Need to decrease carbs and fats while keeping protein the same. Great truck u load this morning and will get in 4 days of at home workouts since coach Adam wants me to take a week day rest day. With the store closed on Easter Sunday the other full-time gal and I are taking vacation next week so no temptation of candy. I had just 1 piece yesterday cause I was busy and none today.  Weight was down 2# from Mondays weigh in and down 1.3# from last Saturday's weigh in for the Spring 5% challenge on Spark People.

Day 350

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15 K steps for today. Macros were good today but still need to focus on decreasing carbs and fats while increasing proteins. Taking a full rest day but will track truck unload in the morning. Was supposed to be off today but learned the opening manager stuff then had a conference call for training. 

Day 349

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Back workout this morning. Macros were great again today only over a few grams on fats. Tomorrow's workout is Glutes/Hamstrings after work. Was supposed to be off but I have training for lead support staff position.

Day 348

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest (Giant set) and cardio in this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and cardio.  Macros were great today over 8 grams on carbs but under on protein and fats.  2 days of great macros now to keep it up the rest of the week.

Day 347

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were great today only over by 3 grams on fats but great everywhere else. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout from team SYLL. Have the workouts for the rest of the week ready and will print in the morning.   Started out the week will great macros so far just need to keep that going.

Day 346

All green on my Versa 2,achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today, Macros were great today only over by 1 gram on fats. Best day on macros I think all week. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam and as on now still nothing posted from coach Zackary yet for this weeks workouts.

Day 345

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Plan is workout Monday after 4PM, Tuesday through Thursday Morning and Friday just after noon. Finally took measurements this morning and have it and progress photo ready to send to Coach Adam tomorrow late afternoon. Can't wait to see what Coach Zackary has planned for us this week. Went back to my Yeti straw lid this morning might not use the fizzy electrolyte. Hopefully my liquid iv will come first of the week.

Day 344

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 15K steps for today. Great truck unload this afternoon. Macros were good today over 21 grams on Protein, over 25 grams on carbs and under 16 grams on fats today. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon and won't have my new virus workout until sometime on Sunday. Still need to work on decreasing fats and carbs while keeping protein over 100 grams. Still haven't measured for this month yet but will get that done in the morning. Got my Gentle absorb iron from GNC now waiting on the liquid IV to come so I can go back to using the straw lid as the electrolyte stuff is fizzy that I'm using now.

Day 343

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in another great at home workout training Shoulders this morning. Macros were better but still need to up protein while decreasing carbs and fats.  Still haven't measured yet will try and get that done Saturday morning.  Tomorrow instead of an at home workout I'll track truck unload then rest when I get home in the evening.

Day 342

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great at home virus Chest workout this morning. Tomorrow morning it's Shoulders day. Macros were OK today but high on carbs and fats while OK on protein. Still have yet to measure need to get that done in the morning. So far 3 out of 4 at home workouts down not too bad.
