1 yr, 10 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great yet again and have been getting my water in. Plan on tracking both truck unloads tomorrow. My state's governor is supposed to issue an executive order mandating masks when out in public both inside and outside when social distancing isn't possible. More details tombs announced Thursday then next Tuesday my local county commission will decide what we as a county will do.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again and Coach upped my carbs by 5 grams. Still plan on taking measurements and progress photo on Saturday morning.  Hoping for a couple of gym workouts next week but will see when the schedule is published Saturday at the latest.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome again today. Sent my weekly check in and food logs form the week to Coach Adam so hope he's proud of my macros this week. Plan on taking measurements and progress photos on Saturday. Workout plan is all at home workouts this week since work schedule won't allow for gym workouts.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were amazing yet again today. Eager to send my weekly check in and daily intake logs to coach Adam tomorrow afternoon. I've had a pretty good week food wise just 1 day of being slightly over on fats.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today just over .9 grams on fats. Plan for next week is all at home workouts since the earliest I'm off is 2PM and I don't like going to the gym much past 1PM.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were amazing yet again today. Had a slight headache from the heat again today so missed my workout but will get one in tomorrow morning.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Glutes and 30 min cardio TBD.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome yet again. This weekend sending my daily food intake logs to Coach Adam along with the weekly summary.  Missed my gym workout today was tired and felt over heated from truck unload this morning after the sun came up.  Plan is to get into the gym tomorrow afternoon using as little gym equipment as I can.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were awesome again today.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 30 min walk this morning. All of my errands are done for today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Shoulders and 30 min walk on the treadmill or bike haven't decided yet. Scheduled my next Invisalign appointment, my next Dr's appt and my next hair cut so I don't have to think about them in the next few months.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were amazing yet again today. Busy day tomorrow but will still get into the gym for Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio TBD. Dentist appointment early in the morning then much needed meds check then rest a while before my hair appointment. Gym workout is after meds check and way before my hair appointment. Haven't heard from coach Adam yet but im sure he's happy with my check in this week.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were amazing again today and has been every day but 1 since my macros were changed and I decided to focus on my macros. Think coach Adam will be happy with my numbers this week. Still plan on getting in 4 workout days this week hopefully all in the gym but can train at home if needed. 

1 yr, 12 Weeks out

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa 2 but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Again unsure how good my Macros will be but working towards another great day.  Was supposed to work 8AM-4PM but change in plan and I'm working 2PM-9:30PM but will probably be off by 9:15 or 9:20 at the latest.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Workout plan for next week is tentatively 4 gym workouts but will see on Wed and Thursday if I get my workout in using minimal gym equipment. Got in a great Back/Glutes workout this morning.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Glutes and 30 min cardio on machine TBD.  Water has been good this week now to just have the scale show it.   

1 yr, 12 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Truck unload was a good one but hot.  Macros were great again today. My main motivation for my journey is to look good for a family wedding in September of next year. I'm doing better this week drinking my water. When I'm on the register I try and take a drink between customers and every few boxes when stocking freight.

Changing my title since the family wedding was postponed until 2021. All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were great yet again today.  Plan on tracking truck unload tomorrow for my workout.  78oz of water down and 42oz left to drink today.

12 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome today starting the week off right. Coach Adam was happy with my check in for this last week. Coach did up my steady state cardio this week by adding another day.  He does want me to work on getting my water in this week.  

12 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were perfect again today and was yesterday. Workout plan for next week is 1 gym workout and 3-4 at home workouts. Since last Monday when coach Adam changed my carbs I've been under on carbs and fats 6 out of 7 days. Will send my weekly check in to coach in a little while. Scale hasn't moved in a few days so drinking more water today.

13 Weeks out

Writing early so u sure if I'll go all green on my Versa 2 but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Work 1PM to close so writing early and won't know if ill be over on macros or if they will be awesome again.  Should know my work schedule for next week a little later this morning to plan my gym workout days and at home workout days.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were fabulous again today. Need to keep being consistent and drinking my water. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders (Giant Set) and 30 min walk this morning. Won't know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow to plan my workouts for the week.

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were amazing again today was under on carbs and fats. My gym key card fell out of the plastic sleeve that was on my keys so stopped at the gym before coming home to get a new key card. Found the old one on my bed as it had fallen out this morning but didn't know it until I got home but no worries since I have a new card. This time my gym key card is in my phone case instead of with my keys. Scale was up a bit this morning mostly due to a mix of the heat and not drinking enough water.      

13 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros experiment was a success for today after a slow start on Monday yesterday and today were great Macros days. I've got 21.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Friday's workout is still yet to be determined will see what I can use as little gym equipment as possible.

13 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome today only over on protein but that's OK. Great Legs/Glutes (Giant Set) and 30 min Slim Cycle.  I've got  21.8# to go to reach my goal of 125. Coach lowered my carbs by 5 grams but that's OK . Friday's gym workout will be determined in a day or so. 

13 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome today just over 10.7 grams on fats but great on both protein and carbs. This week I'm focusing on macros and letting the calories fall where they may. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 min of cardio. I've got 22.2# to go to reach my goal of 125. After consulting a coach within team See You Later Leaner I've decided to focus on macros and let the calories take care of themselves. If I get under 1000 calories its OK as long as my macros are 90 grams of protein, 50 grams of both carbs and fats.

13 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were OK today over 8.1 grams of carbs and over 14.6 grams on fats. Need to be smarter about still getting 1000 plus calories but keep carbs and fats under 50 grams.  I've got 22.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 on or before September 12th.  

14 Weeks out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 7.8 grams on carbs and 21.4 grams on fats so need to work on being more consistent.  Eager already to get back into the gym for a legs/glutes workout on Tuesday then Friday's workout is TBD will decide before I get to the gym. 

14 Weeks, 1 day out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were not as good today as yesterday. Over 23.2 grams of carbs and 13.4 grams of fats. Will work on getting those more consistent. Workout plan for the week is 2 gym workout days and 3 at home/cardio days. 

14 Weeks, 2 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 14.1 grams on fats but under on carbs today.  Still working hard to be more consistent with my macros. Won't know my work schedule for next week until Saturday at the latest to plan my gym workouts and at home workout.  

14 Weeks, 3 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Great Back/Glutes workout this morning.  Macros were not as good today as yesterday. Was over 11 grams on carbs and 2 grams on fats. Will work harder to be more consistent the rest of the week. 

14 Weeks, 4 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K plus steps today. Macros were amazing today and just need to continue that the rest of the week. Got in an amazing Legs/Glutes workout in the gym this morning. Tomorrow's gym workout is Back/Glutes and 30 minutes of cardio. Coach upped my cardio time to 4 days but kept macros the same and he wants those more consistent. 

14 Weeks, 5 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were OK today over 6 grams on carbs and 5.6 grams on fats. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 30 min cardio unsure which machine or what I'll do yet.  It will feel good to get back into the gym for the first time in more than 2 months.
