12 Weeks, 6 days out

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were perfect again today and was yesterday. Workout plan for next week is 1 gym workout and 3-4 at home workouts. Since last Monday when coach Adam changed my carbs I've been under on carbs and fats 6 out of 7 days. Will send my weekly check in to coach in a little while. Scale hasn't moved in a few days so drinking more water today.
