28 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 21.2 grams, Carbs goal was 100 and I was under 0.9 grams and Fats goal was 30 and I was under 5.7 grams. This weeks workout plan is Legs/Glutes tomorrow, Back/Biceps on Tuesday, Shoulders/Triceps on Wednesday, Legs/Glutes on Thursday and Arms/Lite delts on Friday. Posted my progress photo to my Team SYLL teammates in our private Facebook group. Will send the screenshot with both the photo and my measurements to Coach Adam on Tuesday. Workouts are planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet.  Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.

29 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros weren't as good as they could've been. Protein goal was 100 and I was over 13.5 grams, Carbs goal was 100 and I was under 11.2 grams and Fats goal was 30 and I was over 6.4 grams.  Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and meds are ready for the week. This morning I took my progress photo and measurements just have to screenshot it as I put both in the Shapez app. More than likely tomorrow afternoon I'll get my workouts planned into my weekly check in spreadsheet.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 41 grams, Carbs goal was 40 and I was under 1.7 grams and Fats goal was 10 and I was right on goal. Tomorrow's Macros goals are 100P, 100C and 30F. Workout plan for the week is all 5 workouts. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday workouts after dinner and Tuesday, Friday workouts done after breakfast. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening.  Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow morning will take measurements and progress photo to send to Coach Adam on Tuesday afternoon when I send him my weekly check in email.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 10.2 grams, Carbs goal was 120 and I was under 9.1 grams, and Fats goal was 30 and I was under 4 grams. Coach was happy with my numbers and he cut Carbs to 100 grams. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes after work. After I see my work schedule for next week I'll get my workouts planned and put into my weekly check in spreadsheet.

29 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout this late afternoon. Macros were good today 100 was my goal for Protein and I was over 13.7, 120 was my goal for Carbs and I was under 5.7 and 30 was my goal for Fats and I was over 1.3. I was good with lunch just had about 4oz of roast, 1/2 cup of both macaroni and cheese as well as corn Oh and 1 dinner roll. Core Vitamins are ready to go for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is to track truck unload. Should hear back from Coach by tomorrow late afternoon/early evening.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today protein goal for today was 100 and I was under 41 grams, carbs goal was 40 and I was under 5.6 grams, and fats goal was 10 and I was over 2.5 grams. Got in a good modified Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Sent my weekly check in to Coach 20 till 5PM my time/6PM his time as he is in the Eastern Time Zone. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after getting home from working at the new Joplin store.

29 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 5.7 grams protein, under 11.6 grams carbs and under 10.5 grams fats. My current Macro goals are 100 grams protein, 120 grams carbs and 30 grams fats but tomorrow is my refeed day so I get 100 grams protein, 40 grams carbs and 10 grams fats. I just get 1 refeed day a week. Wednesday will be my first meal in a restaurant in several months. 2 coworkers and myself are going to Golden Coral for lunch since we are going to work in the new Joplin store. BTW Golden Coral is in the same parking lot as the store. Got my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. Water has been on point today and will send a screenshot from the Fit Bit app to Coach Adam tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner, Wed workout plan is Back/Biceps after I get home from Joplin, Thursdays workout is Truck unload and Friday's workout is Legs/Glutes after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good again today under 3.5 grams protein, under 14.8 grams carbs and under 0.7 grams fats. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Tomorrow's workout plan is truck unload.  Workouts plus truck unloads are planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet. Coach should be happy with my numbers for the week.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 7.7 grams protein, under 5.5 grams carbs and over 0.5 grams fats.  Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow while I got my meds and other vitamins ready for the week before church started tonight. Already attended church virtually a little earlier this evening. 72oz of water down and 48oz left to drink. Tomorrow will get my workouts for Tues, Wed and Friday planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet as well as the 2 truck unload days. 

30 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 20 grams protein, under 10.9 grams carbs and under 5.3 grams fats. Went to the dentist this morning and after my teeth cleaning I got my lingual bar put on and had a rescan for my retainer. Didn't get my Arms/Lite Delts workout as planned since I got out of the dentist office later than planned so worked later than planned. Workout plan for next week is 2 truck unloads and 3 at home workouts.  Coach was happy with my numbers but he wants me to have 1 refeed day a week which is protein the same as regular days and carbs and fats the same as my previous fasting days. Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were good today under 14.5 grams protein, under 15.8 grams carbs and over 1.4 grams fats.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes this morning after breakfast. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/lite delts after dinner. Tomorrow morning I go to the dentist for my cleaning and temp retainer before work. Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow.

30 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout this morning. Macros were good today under 16.9 grams protein, over 0.7 grams carbs and under 15.6 grams fats. Didn't get to go and have my teeth cleaned or temp retainer as it snowed overnight and the office was closed. 30 minutes to online streaming Ash Wednesday Mass then right into the team SYLL zoom chat. Have my earphones ready for church then the zoom chat. 72oz of water down and 48oz left to go to get in a gallon of water for today.

30 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today over 4.5 grams protein, under 4.4 grams carbs and under 9.5 grams fats. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout in after dinner and after going to pick up my car from the shop. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam before going to get my car.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after breakfast. Starting tomorrow I'm going to be more mindful of my water and as soon as I fill up my water bottle track it on my Fit Bit Versa 2 then take a screenshot of it from the app to start being accountable to Coach with my water. Getting caught up on Contest Prep University episodes. 

30 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 10.5 grams protein, under 16.7 grams carbs and over 5.9 grams fats.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this morning waiting to find out if the store was going to be closed or not. We ended up opening from 10AM to 5PM. Good news is I get my car back tomorrow afternoon. Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 13.2 grams protein, over 0.5 grams carbs and under 0.5 grams fats. Workouts are planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet for this week. Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. May or may not have to work tomorrow will see with the winter storm brining more snow overnight. Still hope to get my car back tomorrow afternoon as it's almost been in the shop for a week.

31 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 7.5 grams protein, under 2.7 grams carbs and over 2.4 grams fats. Got my labs in the mail from the blood specialist so downloaded a paper scanner app and sent them to Coach Adam and after which realized that the results from labs taken in December were included in the report. So Coach has those too for him to review. Meds are ready for next week and Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow.  Tomorrow  afternoon I'll plan my workout on my weekly check in spreadsheet. In just 1 hour is Mass streaming online and plan on streaming Ash Wednesday Mass at 5:30PM so hope to jump in on the Team SYLL zoom chat after Mass but if not then hope Coach remembers to record it for viewing later.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 30.8 grams protein, under 21.8 grams carbs and under 0.2 grams fats. Will work on protein and carbs tomorrow. Workout plan for next week is 4 workouts and 1 day tracking truck unload. For this week nothing has changed on my macros since my weight was up a bit due to beginning my cycle late last week.

 All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 0.5 grams protein, under 18.6 grams carbs and under 0.3 grams fats. As of 7PM my time/8PM coach's time I've yet to hear back. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout in after dinner. Tomorrow's workout plan is either just tracking truck unload or Arms/Lite Delts after dinner.  More than likely won't have my car back until Monday at the latest.

31 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good again today under 3.4 grams protein, under 0.2 grams carbs and under 14.8 grams fats need to work on protein and fats for tomorrow. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout but forgot to push start on my tracker. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam yesterday and probably won't hear from him until tomorrow afternoon. My work schedule for the rest of the week is all jacked up since truck was a no show today. Instead of 8 to 2 tomorrow I'm working 10-4 and Friday instead of 11-5 I'm working 6AM to noon. Monday my defroster in my car didn't work so it's at the dealership getting worked on so my dad has taken me to work all week plus the weather has been bitter cold and icy. Hoping to have my car back Friday by noon.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today over 3 grams protein, under 2.6 grams carbs and under 0.8 grams fats. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout after dinner. Tomorrow's planned workout is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner.  Have my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. Ordered Core ABCD and the Core Protein Balls will give a review on the Core Protein Balls on Saturday as I should have my order in Friday but will see with the weather.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 14.2 grams protein, over 0.1 gram of carbs and under 16.7 grams fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps probably after dinner and before my shower.  Shortly will get my Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. Core ABCD the aminos plus energy is back in stock so plan on ordering that and try the Core protein balls.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today over 7.1 grams protein, under 27.9 grams carbs and over 8.6 grams fats. Will do better on fats tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Core vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Decided to charge my Versa 2 last night so I didn't have to mess with it tonight during the big game.   

32 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today over 18.2 grams protein, under 9.5 grams carbs and under 7.9 grams fats. Got my meds ready for the week and Core Vitamins ready for tomorrow. Great online mass this evening. Versa battery is at 50% so might charge tonight which would only be 5 days since last charge or might wait until tomorrow evening which would be 6 days since last charge. 

32 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 17.5 grams protein, under 4.2 grams carbs and over 0.9 grams fats. For now I'm not going to have a fasting day just to see how it goes. Training plan for next week is all 5 days same as last week. Already have my workouts put into the My Workout app. Got my Arms/lite delts workout in this morning after breakfast. Training plan is Legs/Glutes on Monday, Back/Biceps on Tuesday, Shoulders/Triceps on Wed, Legs/Glutes on Thursday, and Arms/lite delts on Friday. 

32 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today for being a fasting day under 9.5 grams protein, under 4.5 grams carbs, and over 0.5 grams fats. Coach was happy with my numbers but cut another 5 grams of carbs so now starting Monday it's 125 grams carbs instead of 135 grams. Got in my Legs/Glutes workout in after dinner. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Light Delta after breakfast and before work. 

32 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good again today under 23 grams protein, under 26.4 grams carbs and over 4.8 grams fats. Didn't get my workout as planned since truck was late and I stayed over an hour. Tomorrow's planned workout is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Haven't heard from Coach and probably won't until tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow is a planned fasting day as I have the fasting macros already in the My Macros+ app.

32 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 8.4 grams protein, under 4.5 grams carbs and over 1.9 grams fats. Sent weekly check in to Coach about an hour or so ago. Didn't fast today but have it planned for Thursday. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout this morning after my hair cut and before my final Invisalign check. I go back in 2 weeks and a day for my 6 month cleaning then get my temp retainer. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today over 16.5 grams protein, under 16.1 grams carbs and over 0.2 grams fats. Great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after my hair appointment and before my hopefully final Invisalign check. Measurements and progress photo ready to send to coach tomorrow evening. Got my new green water bottle and silicone bottom in the mail this afternoon. Still undecided if I'll fast tomorrow or not check back tomorrow to find out if I fasted or not.
