29 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 10.2 grams, Carbs goal was 120 and I was under 9.1 grams, and Fats goal was 30 and I was under 4 grams. Coach was happy with my numbers and he cut Carbs to 100 grams. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout is Legs/Glutes after work. After I see my work schedule for next week I'll get my workouts planned and put into my weekly check in spreadsheet.
