29 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today Protein goal was 100 and I was under 41 grams, Carbs goal was 40 and I was under 1.7 grams and Fats goal was 10 and I was right on goal. Tomorrow's Macros goals are 100P, 100C and 30F. Workout plan for the week is all 5 workouts. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday workouts after dinner and Tuesday, Friday workouts done after breakfast. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening.  Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow morning will take measurements and progress photo to send to Coach Adam on Tuesday afternoon when I send him my weekly check in email.
