32 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today under 17.5 grams protein, under 4.2 grams carbs and over 0.9 grams fats. For now I'm not going to have a fasting day just to see how it goes. Training plan for next week is all 5 days same as last week. Already have my workouts put into the My Workout app. Got my Arms/lite delts workout in this morning after breakfast. Training plan is Legs/Glutes on Monday, Back/Biceps on Tuesday, Shoulders/Triceps on Wed, Legs/Glutes on Thursday, and Arms/lite delts on Friday.
