32 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today for being a fasting day under 9.5 grams protein, under 4.5 grams carbs, and over 0.5 grams fats. Coach was happy with my numbers but cut another 5 grams of carbs so now starting Monday it's 125 grams carbs instead of 135 grams. Got in my Legs/Glutes workout in after dinner. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Light Delta after breakfast and before work.
