29 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today protein goal for today was 100 and I was under 41 grams, carbs goal was 40 and I was under 5.6 grams, and fats goal was 10 and I was over 2.5 grams. Got in a good modified Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Sent my weekly check in to Coach 20 till 5PM my time/6PM his time as he is in the Eastern Time Zone. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after getting home from working at the new Joplin store.
