Day 281

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got my new workouts from Coach Adam this afternoon and wrote them in my notebook so they are ready to go once I find out my work schedule for next week.  Macro's weren't great today need to get that under control. 78oz of water down and 42oz of water left to go. Versa battery is at 66% so will charge it a little later tonight. Not much to watch on TV tonight so will catch up on some shows streaming online that I missed the original night they aired this week. 

Day 280

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great 8min warm up on elliptical then Shoulders/Arms Giant Set and 20min walk on the mats. Macros weren't that great today had more carbs than protein but fats were great today. Tomorrow's workout will be tracking a 1200 piece truck unload since it's a workout in itself. I've got 20.4# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April 25th. Didn't take photos today but will do that first of next week but will measure first of the week also. 68oz of water down and 52oz left to drink thinking about switching back to my Yeti water bottle from my TAL water bottle but haven't decided yet. 

Day 279

Writing early again so unsure but plan on going all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great yesterday but atleast fats were in check. These midshifts during the week are killing my eating plan but I have to deal with it because there are others who won't work past 5PM. Modified enough my Legs/Back workout today and also got in a 20 min walk so I can actually say I got a workout in today. Weather kept me out of the gym today but still got the work in. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Arms and 20min walk with 8min on ellie to warm up. Think tomorrow I'll take a progress photo then on Saturday AM take my measurements for Feb. 

Day 278

Writing early but plan on going all green on my Versa, achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great 8 min warm up on the elliptical then Chest and 20 min turf walk since the mats were being used by a couple of the ABJJ acadamy members for over an hour. Unsure of how my macros will be today but going to try hard to keep protein higher than carbs and fats under 40grams.  Getting new workouts this week with more glute work. Love my new workout bag everything fits just great in it. Tomorrow's workout plan is 8 min warm up on ellie keeping RPM above 50 then Legs/Back and 20 min walk either on the turf or mats depending on if acadamy members are using them to practice. I picked the one I did a couple weeks ago when I didn't use a lifting belt and tweaked my lower back. Will wear my lifting belt this time and use a more comfortable bar too.

Day 277

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great at home Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk this evening.  Macros were better today but was over 1gram of carbs than protein but fats were under 40grams. Got my booty blasters in this morning while brushing my teeth and will in a bit get them done for tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is 8 min ellie to warm up then Chest and 20 min walk on the Jui Jitsu mats. Sent my weekly check in to coach Adam last night but haven't heard from him yet. Got my new workout bag a cinch drawstring bag from 1stPhorm which I ordered on Thursday or Friday can't remember when I placed the order. 

Day 276

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but still more carbs than protein but fats were good today. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a little bit ago. Last night and again this morning while brushing my teeth I did 3 sets of 20 reps 10 each leg booty blasters. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk at home workout. Tuesday's workout is 8min elliptical to warm up then Chest and 20 min walk, Wednesday's workout is 8min ellie to warm up then Legs/Back and 20 min walk, Thursday's workout is 8min ellie to warm up then Chest/Shoulders and 20 min walk, Friday's workout is 8min ellie to warm up then Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk. All of my walks will be on the Jui Jitsu mats since I have permission to walk on them by the academy instructor. 

Day 275

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes and came up 2 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps today. Workout plan for this week is 1 at home workout on Monday then Tues-Fri gym workouts. Macros were OK again today but had more carbs than protein and fats were just slightly over. Will get my weekly check in sent to coach Adam tomorrow afternoon then wait for a reply.  This week I'm going to be more diligent with my macros and have more protein than carbs and keep fat at or below 40grams. 

Day 274

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great full body workout at work unloading an 868 piece truck. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my at home workouts and gym workouts. Macros were good today but had more carbs than protein and fat was just slightly over 40grams today.  Have a couple of new followers on Instagram they are both followed by my friend who was my trainer and my coach. I only accept new followers if I have mutual followers or they are a teammate on Team SYLL.

Day 273

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Again unsure of Macros just hoping to keep my protein and carbs at or under 100grams and my fats under 40grams. Got in a great Shoulder/Chest workout after 8 min warm up on elliptical and then 20 min walk on the mats after my lifting.  After I posted my workout screenshot from Fit Bit app to my Instagram story I got a notification that Coach Adam had mentioned me in his story that means for those who don't have Instagram that he reposted my post in which I tagged him. Tomorrow think I'll track truck unload as a workout instead of using the weights feature on my Versa. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime on Saturday afternoon to plan my at home workout days and my gym workout days.

Day 272

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today over just 4 on fats but had a little more carbs than protein today. Rain/Snow shower mix and icy roads kept me from going to the gym this morning and looked but can't modify my Legs/Back workout enough so just going to get some walking in for Cardio. Woke up about 2:30AM with a headache so was planning on taking a rest day anyway or going easy today.  Tomorrow hoping and should be able to get to the gym since I work 2:30PM-8:30PM. Plan for tomorrow's workout is Chest/Shoulders and cardio the same as planned for today 8 min on elliptical for warm up then 20 min walk on the mats.

Day 271

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great at home Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk this evening since I got off too late for me to go workout. Tomorrow's workout plan weather permitting is Legs/Back after 8 min elliptical with rpm above 50 then 20 min walk on the mats to finish up.  Macros were great today but up just a little on fats as they were over by 2grams. For the next couple of week's Coach Adam want's me to take fasting glucose readings just to be sure they are still OK.

Day 270

All green, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20min walk on mats and 8min elliptical to warm up keeping rpm above 50.  Macros were great today as coach changed my protein and carbs to 100grams and gave me back the 5grams of fats that were taken away last week so back up to 40grams of fats.  Coach liked the idea of wearing a lifting belt for deadlifts and bar squats. 

Day 269

Almost all green just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great today but will try and be more consistent this week. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 8 min HIIT Ellie warm up then 20 min row to finish up. Coach wants me to add another steady cardio day then also do HIIT so will warm up with HIIT and then finish up with steady cardio. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a bit ago and he liked my video of deadlifts on Instagram and hopefully he will add a comment or direct message me with a suggestion for better technique.  

Day 268

Writing early again so unsure if I'll go all green might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros weren't that great yesterday or today already have today's figured out. Plan is Monday,Wed,Thurs gym workouts and Tuesday,Friday at home workouts. Will have to send my weekly check in and stuff to coach Adam after 9PM tomorrow since I work 12:30PM-8:30PM tomorrow after working 2:30PM-10:30PM today. Back is better but will wear my lifiting belt Monday for legs as to not hurt my back again. Not sure if it was from corporate or if my manager just decided that we can wear Kansas City Chiefs stuff tomorrow for the big game. I'm thinking it was her call but usure of who decided it.

Day 267

Writing early again so unsure if I'll go all green but might miss active minutes, will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great yesterday need to try harder today was way over on fats and had more carbs than protein. Back is better but things to do today and the rains kept me out of the gym so will get back into the gym on Monday. Working 1:15PM-7PM so writing early that way I can after I get my food journal completed sit and watch TV before bed. 

Day 266

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros again unsure what they will look like since writing early.  Back is feeling better but will take another couple days and the weekend to make sure my back is healed before getting back into the gym.  Glucose was normal so coach Adam decided that we would lower my fats from 40grams to 35grams while keeping protein and carbs the same. Work 2:15PM-8PM today so decided to write early so I can sit and watch TV before bed tonight. 

Day 265

Almost all green just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today.  Macros were OK today but still need to be more consistent with increasing protein while decreasing carbs and keeping fats at or under 35grams was over today by 2grams today. Back feeling better but will see how I feel in the morning to see if I take another gym rest day or not.

Day 264

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Back feeling a little better but still gonna take another day out of the gym.  Macros were better today but over fats range by 4grams still need to increase protein while decreasing carbs and keeping fats under or around 35 grams.   

Day 263

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Back still sore so gonna take another day or two rest from the gym. I've got 8.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. Macros were a little better today but still need to increase protein while decreasing carbs. Fats though were under 40grams again today. 

Day 262

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were OK today carbs still higher than protein but fats were under 40grams.  Blood glucose was 82 today which I found out is normal. Back feeling better today but will be careful during my legs/glutes workout tomorrow afternoon. Have my weekly check in ready to send to coach Adam in a bit.  I've got 8.5# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 & 18.5# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 261

All green on my Versa, came up 162 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps for today. Macros were not as good today need to work on being more consistent with them. Blood glucose was 85 this morning think that's normal but unsure since I have never tracked it before. Back feeling a little better but will rest it again tomorrow then be careful with my Monday legs workout. I've got 9# to go to reach my goal of 135 and 19# to go to reach my goal of 125.

Day 260

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great Legs/Back and 8min boxing combo after 1500 meter rowing machine row. Macros were great today protein was higher than carbs and fat was right at 40grams.  During deadlifts I used a bar heavier than normal and tweaked my lower back. Plan for next week is all 5 days in the gym again. Tried to check fasting glucose but got error messages so will try again tomorrow using a bigger sample. 

Day 259

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were great today had more protein than carbs and fat was in check today.  Got in a great Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk after 1500 meter row to warm up. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Back and 8min HIIT boxing combo after 1500 meter row to warm up. Decided to keep the glucose meter from Wal-Mart and I bought Mobile Lancets at Walgreens to make it easier to take my fasting blood glucose in the morning.  I'm getting closer to finishing the previous episodes of Contest Prep University. 

Day 258

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but fat still a little high. Listening once again to Contest Prep University podcast with Coach Adam and Joe from DietDoc.com.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes and 20 min row this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Arms and 20 min cardio after a 10 min warm up on the rowing machine. Bought a Glucose Monitor at Wal-Mart but not sure I like it so will look at Walgreens tomorrow then return the one from Wal-Mart if I find one at Walgreens. I have 9 episodes left then I'm finally all caught up on them. I've got 8.1# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.1# to go to reach my goal of 125. 

Day 257

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great Chest and 8 min HIIT Cardio on air bike. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes and 20 min cardio probably on rowing machine. Listening to Contest Prep University podcast while writing. Macros were not as good today but fats were at 40 grams. Need to be more consistent increasing protein while decreasing carbs and keeping fats at or under 40 grams. I still have 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Coach wants me to get a blood glucose monitor and a couple times a week take my fasting glucose to see if that is part of why I'm not losing weight like I should. Will stop at Wal-Mart and price them then to Walgreens and get the cheapest one I can for now.

Day 256

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Great Legs/Glutes and 20 min walk on Jui Jitsu mats this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest and 8 min assult bike. Macros were better today but still need to get fats under 40 grams not too bad was only over by 6 grams today. I'm still 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Took my progress photos this morning but will probably retake them tomorrow and step back from the mirror alittle more think I'm too close on it. Took another photo post legs/glutes and pre walk posted that too instagram. 

Day 255

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were a little better today but still need to be more consistent with increasing my protein while decreasing carbs and fats. I've got 7.3# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.3# to go to reach my goal of 125. Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min walk just not sure which legs workout I'm going to do yet.  Have my weekly check in ready just going to wait a bit to send it to coach. Will send him my measurements today but wait and send progress photos after I take them tomorrow.  Hoping that this week will be better with macros being more consistent. 

Day 254

Workout plan for next week is 5 days in the gym since I'm on vacation and I already have my workouts planned in my calendar. Won the workweek hustle challenge I'm in on Fit Bit app and still leading the custom challenge. Took my measurements on Thursday but didn't have time to take a photo so will get that done on Monday morning. I've got 8.8# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 18.8# to go to reach my goal of 125.

Day 253

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were awesome today had more protein than carbs but fat was over 40grams by 6. I'm still leading both the workweek hustle and custom challengs with 2 days left on the custom challenge and 3hrs left on the workweek hustle challenge. Off tomorrow and should find out by noon tomorrow my work schedule for next week but I should be on vacation but will find out tomorrow. Plan if I am on vacation is all 5 days in the gym but will find out forsure tomorrow.

Day 252

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today had more protein than carbs but fat was still high. Got in a great Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk in this morning. Won't know until sometime on Saturday my work schedule for next week to plan my at home workouts and gym workouts. Took my measurements but forgot to take a progress photo plan on getting that done this next week. I'm leading both the workweek hustle challenge and custom challenge that I'm in on the fit bit app.

Day 251

First journal of 2020. All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Macros were a little better today but need to decrease fat and carbs while increasing protein.  Got in a great Legs/Back and 8min boxing combo. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/arms and 20min treadmill walk or rowing machine row. I've got 7.9# to go to reach my mini goal of 135 and 17.9# to go to reach my goal of 125.  Didn't get my measurements taken this morning and didn't take progress photos yet but plan on it tomorrow when I have more time.
