Day 267

Writing early again so unsure if I'll go all green but might miss active minutes, will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros weren't that great yesterday need to try harder today was way over on fats and had more carbs than protein. Back is better but things to do today and the rains kept me out of the gym so will get back into the gym on Monday. Working 1:15PM-7PM so writing early that way I can after I get my food journal completed sit and watch TV before bed.
