Day 266

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros again unsure what they will look like since writing early.  Back is feeling better but will take another couple days and the weekend to make sure my back is healed before getting back into the gym.  Glucose was normal so coach Adam decided that we would lower my fats from 40grams to 35grams while keeping protein and carbs the same. Work 2:15PM-8PM today so decided to write early so I can sit and watch TV before bed tonight.
