Day 275

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes and came up 2 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal sitting in church tonight but have over 15K steps today. Workout plan for this week is 1 at home workout on Monday then Tues-Fri gym workouts. Macros were OK again today but had more carbs than protein and fats were just slightly over. Will get my weekly check in sent to coach Adam tomorrow afternoon then wait for a reply.  This week I'm going to be more diligent with my macros and have more protein than carbs and keep fat at or below 40grams.
