Monday 5/31

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great again today. P goal was 125 and I was over 6 grams, C goal was 144 and I was under 5 grams and F goal was 60 and I was under 14 grams. Got in a great modified upper1 training session after dinner. Drank my reds and greens with lemon before beginning my night time routine. I'll miss it the next couple nights as I'll be out of town and not packing it or my protein for cold brew coffee instead I'll take a couple green tea bags to make in the room.  Made and drank my level-1 for lunch along with a couple slices of sandwich bread and a slice of honey ham. Vitamins and meds/supplements are ready in my to go pill box to take a few at a time since I have at time swallowing issues and can't take them all at once. Soon will catch up on today's live stream from the app.

Sunday 5/30

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K for today. Macros were perfect yet again. P goal was 125 and I was over 13 grams, C goal was 143 and I was under 1 gram and F goal was 59 and I was over 2 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drink my reds and greens as a part of my night time routine. Tomorrow's training plan is Upper day 1 modified for home after dinner.  Made and drank my Level-1 protein for lunch and will do that again tomorrow. Went and bought more cold brew concentrate to make another pitcher tomorrow afternoon.

Saturday 5/29

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were perfect yet again. P goal was 125 and I was under 2 grams, C goal was 143 and I was over 2 grams and F goal was 59 and I was over 2 grams.  Again tonight finished my reds and greens before starting my bedtime routine. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Think in the morning while making my cold brew protein coffee I'll put a scoop of protein into my blender bottle to drink for lunch. 

Friday 5/28

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were perfect again today P goal was 125 and I was right on, C goal was 143 and I was under 1 gram and F goal was 59 and I was over 3 grams. Got in a great lower day 2 training session after breakfast.  Finished my reds and greens before starting my nighttime routine. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and in the morning I'll get my meds ready for the week. Since Monday I've had 4 out of 5 days perfect macros. Caught the live stream this morning but might watch it again later as the topic was traveling tips and I'm getting ready Tuesday through Thursday to be out of town traveling. 

Thursday 5/27

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour foal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were near perfect P goal was 125 and I was over 1 gram, C goal was 143 and I was over 4 grams and F goal was 60 and I was under 4 grams. Got in a great Upper day 2 workout this afternoon. Tomorrow's training session is Lower day 2 either after breakfast and before work or after dinner will see the time I have after breakfast. Received my protein and reds and greens today and love the Chocolate Mint Cookie flavor of protein tastes like I was eating a Thin Mint Cookie. Finished a bit ago the reds and greens and love them added a splash of lemon concentrate. Already caught up on today's live stream from the app. Decided that instead of drinking ZZZ's at night I'll drink my red's and green's for my gut health. Soon will charge my earphones so I can listen to my meditation stuff while gone without disturbing anyone else.  

Wednesday 5/26

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour and have over 18K steps for today. Got in a great 30 min walk on the mats today since they are going away this weekend.  Macros were great yet again today. P goal was 125 and I was under 4 grams, C goal was 142 and I was under 1 gram and F goal was 60 and I was over 3 grams. Since last Tuesday when I started working with my new coach I'm down 2.1# and had 3 perfect macros days too. Tomorrow's training session is Upper day 2 at the gym after work.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water shortly to make ZZZ's. Should have my Phormula-1 and reds and greens tomorrow to make both the protein post workout and reds and greens later in the evening. Catching up on today's live stream from the app.

Tuesday 5/25

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were awesome again today P goal was 125 and I was under 4 grams, C goal was 146 and I was right on target and F goal was 61 and I was over 2 grams. Got in a great lower 1 workout this morning. Tomorrow's training plan is 30 min walk either on the street behind the gym if it's not raining or walking on the Jiu-jitsu mats if it's rainy in the afternoon. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water in a few hours to make my ZZZ's. Cold brew protein coffee just the cold brew part tasted like what I had the last time I did a Starbucks run. Everything on the app is done with the exception of sending my assessment to Addie will get that done on Sunday. 

Monday 5/24

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were near perfect on the app my goal is to get all green check marks. P goal was 125 and I was under 4 grams, C goal was 146 and I was under 4 grams and F goal was 61 and I was over 2 grams. Got in a great modified upper 1 training session in after dinner. Tomorrow's training session is lower 1 after breakfast. I'm all caught up on live streams from the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Bought some Starbucks cold brew concentrate at Walmart last week and bought a gallon pitcher to have it premade so all I have to do is pour into my cup then add a scoop of level-1 to make protein coffee.  

Sunday 5/23

 All green on my Versa 2, almost achieved my steps per hour goal missed 2 hours sitting enjoying the company of my fam but do have over 18K steps for today. Macros were close to perfect P goal was 125 and I was under 3 grams, C goal was 145 and I was under 15 grams and F goal was 60 and I was over 14 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will be making ZZZ's soon.  Tomorrow's training plan is modified upper 1 since my normal cut off time for going to the gym is if I get off at 3 and I don't like going after 2PM.  

Saturday 5/22

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were better today P goal was 125 and I was over 37 grams, C goal was 145 and I was under 63 grams and F goal was 60 and I was over 3 grams. Watching the live stream from the app again as I got called into work last night after I hit post. Still need to work on being a little more consistent with my macros. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and meds are ready for the week. This week's training session plan is Monday modified upper 1, Tuesday lower 1, Wed Cardio, Thursday upper 2 and Friday modified lower 2. On a somber note it was 10 yrs ago tonight that an EF-5 tornado hit Joplin, MO. Joplin is only 45 or so minutes from me and a coworker lost her son in the tornado and this time of yr always hits her hard. 

Friday 5/21

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were better today P goal was 125 and I was over 25 grams, C goal was 145 and I was under 54 grams and F goal was 60 and I was over 17 grams. Got in a great lower day 2 workout in this morning. Currently catching up on today's app live stream. Still need to be more consistent with carbs and protein. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Picture and measurements taken in the app so ready Sunday to send my assessment to Addie. Planning a 3 day trip with the fam June 1st-3rd so will try and write short posts those evenings and still tracking macros. Have to take measurements and photos on Tuesday June 1st and weigh then too. This coming Sunday I'm going to a graduation party so will track and guesstimate the best I can my macros. 

Thursday 5/20

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were better today P goal was 125 and I was under 4 grams, C goal was 147 and I was under 68 grams and F goal was 61 and I was under 10 grams. Need to work on getting more carbs and being consistent with protein. Got an amazing 1st workout back into the gym in several months. Tomorrow's training plan is lower day 2 with 10 min treadmill sprints to warm up. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and listening to yesterday's recording of the live stream on the app. In the morning will measure and take weekly progress photos then the only thing on the app dashboard left to do is the assessment which will be done on Sunday evening. Versa battery is at 41% so will charge as soon as I complete my active day 2 of 4 for wk1 of step bet classic challenge.

Wednesday 5/19

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. New macros goals are 125P and I was under 6 grams, 147C and I was under 40 grams and 61F and I was over 3 grams. Great truck unload this morning and even took a screenshot to send to my new coach. I start back to the gym tomorrow afternoon with upper body 2 as my training on the app is split into 4 days 2 upper body or upper days and 2 lower body or lower days. I have 1 day of straight cardio. Not that it matters now but it's been 24hrs and not that I would expect it but haven't gotten a reply from my now former coach. I sent Addie my new coach a message on the app last night and had a reply waiting when I woke up this morning.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and getting fresh water soon to make ZZZ's. Changing my Fit bit clock face so this will be the last SpO2 that I'll post and it was 93%.

Tuesday 5/18

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. I sent my final check in email to my now former coach and this final macros with him were good P goal was 100 and I was under 9 grams, C goal was 140 and I was under 31 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 35 grams. I have since reset my macros to suggested by the app and waiting for my now current coach to look them over. Got in a great workout this evening. If all goes as planned will be resetting my workouts to gym and think I'll pick traditional for the workout type. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and currently drinking my ZZZ's since I have an early morning tomorrow so in bed by 9PM tonight. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

Monday 5/17

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 100 and I was over 59 grams, C goal was 140 and I was under 40 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 33 grams. Got in a great modified "Terry" for time from the My TransPhorm app. In 24 hours I'll have my final check in sent to my current coach then reset my macros on the app and send my new coach a message so she can double check them. Also on Wed afternoon I'll reset my workouts from at home no equipment to gym for Thursday afternoon's workout. This of course all depends on if someone is in the gym office when I get off at noon on Wednesday. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will making my ZZZ's shortly. Last night's SpO2 was 93%.

Sunday 5/16

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 100 and I was over 44 grams, C goal was 140 and I was under 41 grams, F goal was 35 and I was over 30 grams. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and have fresh water to make my ZZZ's shortly. Hard to believe not counting today I've got 2 days left with my current coach then I reset my macros. Planning on starting back to the gym this week will stop by Wed afternoon to sign up again if I can't just restart my membership.  Looked at $ General and couldn't find any Monster Loca Moca that wasn't cold so will check there and Wal-Mart for some coffee that's ready to drink to add my scoop of Level-1 protein. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Just to get in the habit I sent my weekly assessment to my new coach tonight. 

Saturday 5/15

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 100 and I was under 32 grams, C goal was 140 and I was under 35 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 15 grams. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drinking my ZZZ's now a little later start than normal drinking it.  Hard to believe not counting today I have just 3 days to my final check in with my current coach on Tuesday evening, Wed morning first thing I'll reset my macros to what the app recommends. Made my Protein Loca Moca this morning and think I need to stop at Dollar General to get some  more since I'm about out. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.    

Friday 5/14

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 100 and I was over 5 grams, C goal was 140 and I was under 46 grams and F goal was 35 and I was over 22 grams. Got in a great AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) from the My TransPhorm app. Viewing the live stream from today on the app now since I was at work during it. Made Protein Loc Moca this morning and it tastes amazing. Besides writing every night watching the life streams are the best part of my day. Changed my mind was going to do the Arms/Lite Delts from my current coach but decided since I will be doing the workouts on the app might as well start today. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get fresh water shortly to make my ZZZ's. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

18 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Coach upped my macros so P goal is 100 and I was under 3 grams, C goal is 140 and I was under 44 grams and F goal is 35 and I was over 11 grams. After I hit post last night got a call that truck was there so we unloaded it this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/Lite Delts after dinner.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and shortly will get my ZZZ's ready to drink. Coach sent me a reply this afternoon just 45 min shy of the 48 hour mark. Got my 1ST Phorm Level-1 in the mail to make protein Loca Moca in the morning. Starting tomorrow I'll revise my blog title from XX Weeks, Y days out but it will be the date so tomorrow's blog will be 5/14. Last night's SpO2 was 93%. 

18 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 22 grams, C goal was 55 and I was over 10 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 3 grams. Got in a great Shoulders /Triceps training session in this morning after breakfast. Work 11AM to 4PM tomorrow so will see what time I have before I go in to decide if I want to get my Legs/Glutes training session in after breakfast or after dinner. Update on the wait for a reply from my current coach it's been 24hrs and no reply yet. Level-1 protein hasn't arrived yet so will wait and make it with my Loca Moca on Friday or Saturday. In 1 week I'll reset my macros on the app no matter what time I go to work. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will make my ZZZ's in 2 and a half hours since I work tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 92%. Thinking about revising my titles to be just the date but haven't decided yet. 

18 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 27 grams, C goal was 55 and I was under 10 grams, and F goal was 30 and I was over 7 grams. Great Back/Biceps training session this morning. Sent my weekly check in to my current coach and so the wait begins. Will resend if I don't hear back by Friday. Tomorrow's training session is Shoulders/Triceps after breakfast. Next week depending on my work schedule if I have my final weekly check in sent by now or a little later in the evening. A week from tomorrow I'll reset my macros on the My Transphorm app to what my new coach wants. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and my Level-1 protein should be here tomorrow or Thursday so I can make protein Loca Moca.  Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was right on goal, C goal was 55 and I was over 11 grams, F goal was 30 and I was over 18 grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes training session after dinner. Tomorrow's training session is Back/Biceps after breakfast. Taking a several week break from Step Bet challenges so steps will be lower than in the past 6 weeks. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow but not making ZZZ's since I'm off the next 2 days. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. 

18 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 48 grams, C goal was 55 and I was over 18 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 6 grams. Finally this morning heard from Coach think gmail was having issues last week. He cut my C by 10 grams this week. I'll go ahead and finish out my last 2 check in's. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will make my ZZZ's in a bit. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Tomorrow's training session plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Versa battery is at 32% so will charge as soon as I reach my steps goal since I've already completed week 6 of Step Bet Maintainer's challenge.   

1 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, almost achieved my steps per hour goal missed the 11AM hour by about 38 steps due to being busy at work but I do have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 30 grams, C goal was 65 and I was under 20 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 1 gram. Update to the no reply from my coach. I resent the email just incase Gmail was having issues and I also posted on the team Facebook group to see if anyone has heard from him and of those that replied 2 I know of are competitors also. One is a couple weeks out from hitting the stage. Decided that I'll let him know that Tuesday will be my final check in. Meds are ready for the week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Soon will make my ZZZ's since I work tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 93%.   

19 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 24 grams, C goal was 65 and I was under 22 grams and F goal was 30 and I was spot on today. Great Arms/Lite Delts training session this morning. Nearly 72 hours since I sent in my weekly check in and no reply yet. Tempted to post to the team Facebook group but kinda don't want to as I might get a reply that someone has gotten a check in reply from him. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get water to make ZZZ's soon as I work tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 96%.

Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 28 grams, C goal was 65 and I was under 18 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 7 grams. Got in a great Legs/Glutes training session after breakfast this morning. Tomorrow's training session is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast. It's just after 5PM my time/ just after 6PM my coach's time and have yet to hear back it's almost been 48 hours since I sent my check in email. I know something came up with him yesterday but at least he could've posted to the Facebook group saying check in's might be delayed. Sorry for the vent but I'm about ready on Tuesday to say I'm done this is my final check in with you instead of May 18th like planned. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

19 Weeks, 3 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today P goal was 90 and I was over 11 grams, C goal was 65 and I was under 14 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 2 grams. Tracked truck unload this morning for my training session. It's 5:30 my time/6:30 Coach's time and haven't heard back yet. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and no need to drink my ZZZ's as I'm off the next 2 days. Versa battery is at 40% so will charge as soon as I complete Power day 1 of 2 for wk5 of Step Bet maintainer's challenge. Last night's SpO2 was 92%. Tomorrow's training session is Legs/Glutes after breakfast.  Planning on taking weekly measurements and progress photos tomorrow morning.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was under 30 grams, C goal was 65 and I was over 12 grams and F goal was 30 and I was over 7 grams. Got in a great modified Back/Biceps training session this morning. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and drinking my Core ZZZ's now. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam around 6PM. Tomorrow's training session will be tracking truck unload. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

19 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good yesterday and today P goal was 90 and I was under 16 grams yesterday and under 10 grams today, C goal was 65 and I was under 17 grams yesterday and under 16 grams today and F goal was 30 and I was under 3 grams yesterday and over 4 grams today. Got my Legs/Glutes training session in this morning after breakfast. Tomorrow's training session plan is Back/Biceps unsure if it will be before work or after depending on the time I have before work tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

19 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps pet hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Writing early so unsure of my macros final numbers. Got called into work as one of the girls had a family emergency and can't work tonight so they called me as a last resort. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and might go ahead and make my ZZZ's to drink on the way home so I will just have to sit 30 min to let my toothpaste sit before I rinse then bed. I'm off Thursday so will get my training session in after breakfast and I can watch all 3 episodes of Chicago Wednesday Med, Fire and PD. Last night's SpO2 was 92%. 

20 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today P goal was 90 and I was over 8 grams, C goal was 70 and I was over 1 gram and F goal was 30 and I was right on goal. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and meds are ready for the week. Measurements taken yesterday morning and progress photos taken and for the 8 week 1ST Phorm Transphorm challenge photos submitted. Photo and measurements are in the Shapez app and a screenshot taken ready to send Coach Adam on Tuesday.  Training plan for next week is Monday Legs/Glutes either before work as I work at 11AM or after I get off at 5PM, Tuesday Back/Biceps the same work situation as Monday, Wednesday track truck unload, Thursday Legs/Glutes after dinner and Friday Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast.  Last night's SpO2 was 95%. Felt good to be back at in person church last Sunday then again tonight.
