Monday 5/24

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were near perfect on the app my goal is to get all green check marks. P goal was 125 and I was under 4 grams, C goal was 146 and I was under 4 grams and F goal was 61 and I was over 2 grams. Got in a great modified upper 1 training session in after dinner. Tomorrow's training session is lower 1 after breakfast. I'm all caught up on live streams from the app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Bought some Starbucks cold brew concentrate at Walmart last week and bought a gallon pitcher to have it premade so all I have to do is pour into my cup then add a scoop of level-1 to make protein coffee.
