Day 66

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Unsure of what I'll be training tomorrow but can't wait to see my new workouts. I've got 8.7# to lose to reach my goal of 132 and 15.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 hoping to get that done by mid July if not earlier.  Still planning on getting into the gym tomorrow, Tuesday and Friday early afternoon and Wed-Thurs morning this week so no double workouts this week. 

Day 65

Almost all green on my Versa will just miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Will get into the gym all 5 days this week just might stop and check before work tomorrow to see if my workouts are in my notebook yet. Eager to see what my new workouts will be and if I need to google anything I don't know how to do or don't remember how to do. I've got 8.2# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15.2# to reach my goal of 125. Still hoping to be 132 by the middle to end of July and 125 by the end of September if not sooner. 

Day 64

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps and 20 min treadmill walk this morning. Won't know my work schedule until later today or tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Will get my new workouts either Sunday or Monday so I can google any new exercises if needed.  Had 3 inches cut off my hair today and might not put my hair up for a funeral viewing this evening. I've got 9.3# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 16.3# to reach my goal of 125 still hoping to reach my mini goal by mid July and my ultimate goal before September.  I'm currently leading a Daily Showdown on Fit Bit app by 1,271 with 8hrs left. 

Day 63

All green on Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great 20 min walk on the Jui Jitsu mats then Chest/Shoulders this morning. After getting my hair trimmed tomorrow it's Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio of my choice. Tracked by looking at my phone for my workout today and tomorrow too since I left my notebook on the desk this morning for my trainer.  I've got 8# to reach my mini goal of 132 and 15# to reach my ultimate goal of 125. Going to take measurements before breakfast in the AM and then take a progress photo before I get started on my workout. Joined the text VIP for the boutique close to the salon I go to so I get 15% off my purchase tomorrow so thinking of what else to get besides the mini makeup junkie bag for my headphones and chapstick. 

Day 62

Almost all green on my Versa today but missed 1 hour by about 100 steps running errands this morning but will have over 13K steps before bedtime. Planning on taking a photo of Friday's workout or I might just use the app one more day since I'll leave my notebook on the desk for my trainer in the morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min walk on mat then get my lift in. Got in a great Legs and decided to get in a little abs workout after this morning. Still planning on taking measurements on Friday and a photo then too. It was kinda nice to not have my phone on me again today. Might have to get a mini makeup junkie bag for my headphones so the rubber cushions won't fall off in my purse again like they did before. Getting my hair trimmed on Friday morning so will get one of the mini's from the boutique next to the salon. Might take my socks off too and try to jog a bit on the mat as well as walk.

Day 61

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great 20 min row and Chest/Shoulders all tracked from my notebook. I've got 7.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my ultimate goal of 125.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs with no planned cardio. My legs and glutes are sore from yesterday's workout doing walking lunges on the turf. Eager to see what I get for next month and if I'll get to play on the turf any. Might use my phone for Friday's workout since I'll leave my notebook on the desk on Thursday instead. Still as of now planning on taking measurements on Friday morning and a new photo then too.  

Day 60

All green on my Versa today, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min row this late afternoon/early evening. Just used my notebook to track my workout today as I'll be just using that for July and beyond. I was down 0.7# from last week's weigh in and have 14.2# to reach my goal of 125 and 7.2# to reach my mini goal of 132. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min cardio of choice then Chest/Shoulders. Still planning on measuring sometime later this week and taking a new photo.

Day 59

Unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today.  Posting early since I get off at 8:30PM and will get a few things done before bed but want to shut down my computer.  I've got 6.7# to lose to reach my goal of 132 and 13.7# to go to reach my goal of 125. I'm down 1.2# from last Monday's weigh in with just today left to watch before this week's weigh in. Sometime this week will have to take a new picture since it's been a while since one was taken.

Day 58

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 17K steps for today.  Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days for the final week of this training month. I'm off after 4PM on Monday and Tuesday but plan on getting my workouts in anyways. Off on Friday so can leave my notebook on the desk before I leave so I can pick it up on Monday of the next week with my new workouts written in. Planning on measuring on maybe Friday for the new training month. I've got 7.1# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.1# to reach my goal weight of 125.  I am down 0.8# from last Monday's weigh in so that's good now to hold it through tomorrow for weigh in on Monday morning. 

Day 57

All green on my Versa today, almost achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K more like 17K with more time to go. Tracked my Biceps/Triceps and 20 min treadmill walk workout from my notebook today to get used to it. I like it better and will still have my phone in the event that I need to google how to do something if my trainer isn't in the building.  Won't know until sometime tomorrow morning my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days and also when to leave my notebook on the desk for July's workouts to be written in via my trainer.  I've got 7.4# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.4# to reach my ultimate goal of 125 and be in maintenance mode. I'm down 0.5# from Monday's weigh in so should be in good shape as long as I watch this weekend.

Day 56

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. After a gym rest day today it's back into the gym tomorrow for Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio on machine of choice. I've got 7.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and have 14.2# to go to achieve my maintenance status. Think tomorrow I'll track my workout from my notebook and will do so next week as well to get used to not using the gym app since after next Friday I won't have it to use anymore as I am going to use just my notebook instead. 

Day 55

All green well almost, achieved well almost my steps per hour goal and have well almost 13K steps for today. Got in a great double workout Legs then 20 min walk on the mats before Chest/Shoulders. Will miss tomorrow's gym workout so got it in today. Decided that instead of using the gym app to track my workouts next month I'll have my trainer write my workouts into my notebook so I can track that way.  I have 7.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my ultimate goal of 125. Versa battery is at 52% so will charge it up later. 

Day 54

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Great 20 min row and Back workout this early afternoon. Tomorrow since I'm off I'll get in Legs then 20 min walk and Chest/Shoulders since I'll miss getting into the gym on Thursday. Scale stayed the same today as yesterday no gain but no loss either. 

Day 53

All green on Versa, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this late morning/early afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min row and Back. I've got 7.9# to lose to reach my goal of 132 by July 1st and my ultimate goal I've got 14.9# to go. Ended up almost all green yesterday just missed active minutes and came up a few steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church yesterday morning.  I won the weekend warrior challenge I was in on the Fit Bit app.

Day 52 of year long transformation

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today and came up a few steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal since I missed an hour while sitting in church this morning. Will however have 13K steps before bedtime. Writing early yet again since it'll be a quick shower and bedtime when I get off and home later. Plan for tomorrow is still Legs and 20 min cardio of choice after work which will be later morning/early afternoon.  To reach my mini goal I need to lose 8.2# in a couple of weeks and over all I have 15.2# to lose so hope to have that and be in maintenance mode by the end of September when we go on vacation. 

Day 51 of 90 day transformation

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Writing early since I work 3PM-9PM tonight and will write early again tomorrow since I work 2PM-8:30PM and have to get a quick shower when I get home with an early day on Monday. Think I'll extend my transformation this time to a whole year so will see how I do hopefully be at 125 by April 26th 2020. Mini goal is to be 132 by July 1st so that's still 8.6# to lose and over all to my ultimate goal it's still 15.6# haven't gained or lost anything since yesterday's weigh in.  At 11AM in the Midwest I have almost half of the total of the nearest person on a weekend warrior challenge I'm in and right not I'm leading but that could change depending on how busy at work I am between 3PM and 5:45PM when I'm on the register.

Day 50 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa just will miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps before bedtime. Schedule for next week was published before I walked out the door tonight and I can get into the gym on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning for a double workout and Friday afternoon to get into the gym 4 days but all 5 workouts by getting Wed and Thurs in on Wed when I'm off.  I have 8.6# to lose to reach my goal of 132 by July 1st and my ultimate goal is 125 so that's 15.6# and hope to reach that and maintain by September when we go on vacation.

Day 49 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on Versa today just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Hoping to know my work schedule for next week by the time I check in tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for all 5 days this week but will take 4 if that's all I can get in. I still have a ways to go but think this calorie drop will help jumpstart my weight loss success. Gym rest day today but still got half to my steps goal before noon.

Day 48 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps.  Got in a great double workout to finish off the gym week since it will be busy after 4PM tomorrow and Friday. Still need to buckle down on my food choices but will only have 1300 calories to eat instead of 1600 as my trainer lowered my calories to try and jump start my weight loss again. I've got 8.1# to lose if I want to reach my goal of 132 by July 1st but over all I have 15.1# to lose to reach my goal of 125. Won't know until sometime late Friday or Saturday afternoon unsure yet of when the schedule for next week will be published to plan my workout times of day and number of days.  Hoping for all 5 days into the gym but will take 4 days if need be with double workout day or days if needed.

Day 47 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Legs and no planned cardio workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min walk and Chest/Shoulders then Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio of choice. Decided to do another double workout since I'm off at 4PM on Thursday and off at 5PM on Friday both days the gym will be busy so I might not be able to get what I need when I need it so once again getting in 2 workouts in 1 day. Since April 26th I'm up 1# but needing to get my sodium and snacking back under control and think I can reach 132 by July 1st. That's 8.6# in 3 weeks so will need to really buckle down on my food choices. 

Day 46 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa, almost achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. Versa battery is at 57% I think the more active I am in going to the gym the faster my battery drains as I just charged it up on Saturday evening. Got in a great double workout to start my week I did Legs and 20 min treadmill walk then moved my 20 min cardio before my Back workout to after and did 20 min row. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs with no planned cardio as I'm pushing my workouts up a day since I'll miss Friday in the gym. 

Day 45 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on Versa today just going to miss active minutes again but achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. The kick butt chick ended up in the top 5 and placing 4th still so proud of her and all of her hard work. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min cardio of choice then 20 more minutes of cardio of choice and Back. Bought a wireless charging pad and it was supposed to be a standing one but for some reason my phone will only work with it laying down but that's OK.  I knew this chick got top 5 as another gym friend came into my work today and I asked her if she knew. Had my cold brew coffee this morning in the Grande and think that's the biggest I can drink of it.  Might think about later this week going to Wal-Mart and buying one of the standup charging pods like the one I already have as I want one for by my bed that's a stand up one too. 

Day 44 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa today but will miss active minutes, achieved my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps for today. I won 2 of the 3 workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit app that I was in this last week.  Ended up almost all green yesterday just missed miles. Plan right now is to get into the gym 4 days but get all 5 workouts in by getting in a double workout on Monday that workout then Tuesdays, get in Wed workout on Tues, get in Thurs workout on Wed and Friday's workout in on Thursday since I get off at 5PM on Friday and the gym is normally busy about that time.  Shortly will put my Versa on the charge since it's at 39%. Eagerly waiting for a FB live to start as a kick butt chick will be hitting the stage in a competition. I've been thinking about this awesome chick all day and sending her positive vibes. Even plan to get an Cold Brew coffee with 2 stevia and no ice at Starbucks tomorrow morning might instead of getting the Venti get the Grande inste

Day 43 of 90 day transformation

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Working 4:30PM to 9:30PM so writing early. Shortly going to get something to eat for dinner. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio broke up in half 10 min on stair master and 10 min on elliptical. After 2 gym rest days It's back into the gym possible Monday but still have a couple hours before the schedule for next week has to be published.  Watched some of the hockey game last night but mostly Fuller House on Netflix. Still have episodes left to watch that will be another night to get those in.

Day 42 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa today, almost achieved my steps per hour goal and almost have over 13K steps. Got in a great 20 min walk then Chest/Shoulders this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio of choice. I logged out then back in on the gym app this morning and the workouts for the rest of the week and month on Thurs and Fri were fixed.  I think I would've rather worked 1PM-6PM at our store today instead of going to Webb City where Eva and I did most of the work as one of the gals had to go on register at 9AM and the other spent most of her time at the register talking to the first gal. Not much on TV tonight so might watch Netflix and Fuller House I still have some episodes left to watch for this current season.

Day 41 of 90 day transformation. Almost all green on my Versa, almost achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Instead of working 1PM-6PM tomorrow I got a call to see if I would go work in another store to put freight out so I work 7AM-2PM and all the other gal and I have to do is stock and not worry about the register but we might get stopped by customers. Found a new clock face for my Versa it's from a developer named Amy she has some awesome ones it's called Little but Fierce. Hoping that this one will help with the battery since I seem to have to charge it every few days.  Great Legs day workout today I added a 5# plate on each side to the bar for hip bridges and added a 10# plate on each side of the bar for squats and hack squat machine for that one today too. Returned the mouse I bought yesterday this morning and was surprised that since I used my debit card that they gave me cash back when we have to put it back on the card if one was used for p

Day 40 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on my Versa, achieved or will have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Great double workout today and tomorrow's workout is Legs. Found my tru wireless Jbuds that I thought I threw away but turns out I put it in a bag while cleaning to have the bug lady come. My cardio of choice for post Legs was 20 min treadmill walk and my pre back workout cardio of choice was 20 min on rower. No cardio tomorrow and Thursday's is 20 min treadmill walk before Chest/Shoulders and as of now Friday's still isn't in the app yet. Bought a bluetooth wireless mouse or at least that's what the package said but turns out the mouse didn't match the instructions but they did match the package so not sure guessing it was an opened package and someone put the wrong mouse in it so will return it tomorrow since my Logitech works just fine and I really don't need another mouse as I accidently broke my microsoft arc mouse.

Day 39 of 90 day transformation

All green on my Versa today, achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. I'm leading all 3 workweek hustle challenges I'm in on Fit Bit app. After a gym rest day today it's back into the gym for Legs and 20 min cardio of choice and 20 more min cardio of choice and Back to make up for not getting into the gym today. Think after I complete Basics 2 on Headspace app I might take a few days off then start back in a week or so. My nail polish held up for almost 5 days before they started to chip and I'll take it off and redo my nails tomorrow afternoon. I used a coat of top coat every day so I think that trick does work.

Day 38 of 90 day transformation

Almost all green on Versa today just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Ended up almost all green just missed active minutes. Plan is to get into the gym 4 days this week but get in all 5 workouts.  Schedule wasn't published until noon yesterday but know I can get into the gym every day this week but tomorrow since I work till 5PM and the gym will be busy then.  Couldn't get church book to load last night so caught up at church this morning. It was late last night and I was tired so just got 2 min breathing exercise on Versa relax app in and will catch up on everything else tonight.

Day 37 of 90 day transformation

Unsure if I'll go all green today on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have 13K steps before bedtime. Posting early so will try and go all green but miss active minutes. I work 1:30-9:30 and it will be late when I get home but will complete my headspace session, 2 min breathing exercise from versa relax app and read my church book before bedtime. Still waiting for my work schedule to be published not sure what the problem is as it should've been done and ready to publish by 5PM yesterday but since both managers that can publish it were both off it should've been done as soon as the one manager got there this morning as I know she opened today. It's 10AM and still no schedule yet. Plan still as of right now is at least 4 days into the gym but getting in all 5 workouts but we will see once I see the schedule.
