Day 55

All green well almost, achieved well almost my steps per hour goal and have well almost 13K steps for today. Got in a great double workout Legs then 20 min walk on the mats before Chest/Shoulders. Will miss tomorrow's gym workout so got it in today. Decided that instead of using the gym app to track my workouts next month I'll have my trainer write my workouts into my notebook so I can track that way.  I have 7.5# to lose to reach my mini goal of 132 and 14.5# to reach my ultimate goal of 125. Versa battery is at 52% so will charge it up later.
