Day 56

Almost all green on my Versa just going to miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. After a gym rest day today it's back into the gym tomorrow for Biceps/Triceps and 20 min cardio on machine of choice. I've got 7.2# to go to reach my mini goal of 132 and have 14.2# to go to achieve my maintenance status. Think tomorrow I'll track my workout from my notebook and will do so next week as well to get used to not using the gym app since after next Friday I won't have it to use anymore as I am going to use just my notebook instead.
