Day 52 of year long transformation

Unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa today and came up a few steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal since I missed an hour while sitting in church this morning. Will however have 13K steps before bedtime. Writing early yet again since it'll be a quick shower and bedtime when I get off and home later. Plan for tomorrow is still Legs and 20 min cardio of choice after work which will be later morning/early afternoon.  To reach my mini goal I need to lose 8.2# in a couple of weeks and over all I have 15.2# to lose so hope to have that and be in maintenance mode by the end of September when we go on vacation.
