Day 341

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in an awesome Team SYLL at home back workout. Macros were better but still high on fats. It's chest day tomorrow. Still need to take measurements so will get that done in the morning.  Off tomorrow and Thursday so getting my workouts in after breakfast then can get on with my day.

Day 340

All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Awesome start to week 3 of the virus workout with Legs/Glutes. Tomorrow's workout is Back and walking for cardio.  Macros were OK today but need to work on getting less carbs and fats while keeping protein up. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam and should have a reply tomorrow.  Will take measurements and progress photos Wednesday morning.

Day 339

Almost all green on my Versa 2 just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Macros were OK today a little under on protein and up a little on carbs and fats. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam and haven't seen any new virus workouts yet so might do Coach Adam workouts this week then if no new ones next Sunday I'll do Coach Zackary's workouts.  Discovered that my mom doesn't use the full length mirror in her room so moving to mine for progress photos since I'm so spoiled using the wall of mirrors in the posing room at the gym but with the gym closed needed a plan B.

Day 338

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa2 but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Again unsure on Macros but will be better than yesterday. As of yet no schedule for next week but I already know it will be at home workout days with the state as of Monday midnight until April 19th under a stay at home order unless it's essential that you get out for medicine or grocery's. I still have to work cause I'm a retail employee and we sell grocery's. Fixed better and printed both week 1 and week 2 of the Virus at home workouts 1 copy for me and 1 copy for my friend Megan. 

Day 337

All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today.  Macros not the best today but haven't felt the best today. Looking forward to seeing the virus workouts for next week. Hopefully I can get them all in or most of them.

All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps,per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were good today but still over on fats. Tired after an ear,y to work this morning so skipped my workout again but will get one in tomorrow morning. Tomorrow's workout is Shoulders Giant Set before work.

Day 335

All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great truck u load workout today so missed Coach Zackary's workout today but will get Back/Biceps in tomorrow. Macros were better today but still over on fats. Need to work on that the rest of the week to have a loss on Monday of next week. 

Day 334

All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps workout from Coach Zackary.  Macros were better today but still way over on fats. Have the at home virus workout printed for my coworker. Will give her the better of the Coach Adam ones since both printer needs ink. Unless I decide to copy hers on Saturday before I give them to her. Tomorrows Coach Zackary workout is Glutes/Hamstrings unless I'm too tired from truck unload.

Day 333

All green on my Versa2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were OK today but had more carbs and fats today.  Got in a great Glutes/Quads at home workout posted by Coach Zackary. Tomorrows workout is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and walking for cardio.  Haven't printed the workouts yet but have them ready to print tomorrow morning. Decided this morning after seeing a Facebook post from a gym owner friend who lives in another town that all Kansas gyms are to close but haven't heard from my gym's owner yet. Got my Versa2 this morning for my birthday and got it set up in about an hour.

Day 332

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were better today but still over on fats. Sent weekly check in to coach Adam. One of the other coaches that's in the same Facebook group as coach Adam and the team posted an at home virus workout for this week plan on printing both this new one and the on coach Adam posted last week for myself and a coworker who is a college student and works out at the student rec center which is closed since campus is closed for the rest of the semester.

Day 331

All green on my Versa,achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were great today only over on carbs by 10 grams, over but that's OK on protein by 15 grams and under 1 gram on fats today.  Gym plan as of right now is 3 maybe 4 days will see on Thursday if I want to go and see if more than 10 people are working out. I know normally around 9 AM the gym isn't as busy. Versa battery was at 50% so charged while in the shower and was 83% so that's good enough and will fully charge tomorrow evening. I have these at home virus workouts just need to make myself do them on days I can't get to the gym.

Day 330

Schedule for next week was published early so can get into the gym 3-4 days this week. Ended up,taking a gym rest day today but will get in the at home Glutes workout tomorrow afternoon.

Day 329

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were good today but still more fats than protein and carbs.  Got in a great arms workout in the gym today. Tomorrow's workout will be an at home glutes from the workout Coach posted for those whose gyms are closed. My gym is still open but instead of going to work at noon I'm going in at 11AM.   

Day 328

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Macros were good today but still need to get fats down. Tracked truck unload and burned over 600 calories. Tomorrows workout is not sure yet will see what I feel like training when I get to the gym.   Friday morning will be an at home virus workout or maybe a finisher or two instead nit sure yet.

Day 327

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great at home Chest/Shoulders/Abs workout since I have to go to work at noon instead of 2 this afternoon but still off at 8PM tonight. Again unsure of macros since writing early but watching them so they should be good or at least OK today. Did 2 sets of 100 lat raises with no weights and my shoulders are on fire. Also have 3 at home finishers but no time today as I wanted to write before getting ready for work.

Day 326

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and cardio today. Macros were good today over by 27 grams on protein, under by 2 grams on carbs and over by 23 grams on fats today. Work schedule changed for tomorrow instead of 2pm-8pm I go in at noon but still get off at 8 so no gym workout then. Will probably after breakfast get in a virus workout that coach Adam posted on the Facebook group this morning. For now my gym isn't closed but all the owner asks is that we wipe down machines and equipment after use.

Day 325

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Tomorrow's workout plan is usual cardio then Legs/Glutes. Macros were good today under on protein by 3 grams, under on carbs by 1 gram and over by 5 grams on fats. Weight was down 0.6# from last Monday's weigh in. Getting ready shortly to send my weekly check in to Coach Adam. Workout plan for the week is 4 days in the gym and will see how wore out I am after truck unload Wednesday to decide if I get into the gym or not.

Day 324

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Plan is to get into the gym at least 4 days will see how tired I am after truck unload. Macros were good today under on protein by 7 grams, over on carbs by 4 grams, over on fats by 33 grams. Scale was down 1.4# from last Monday's weigh in.

Day 323

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Marcos were awesome today over 11 grams on protein, under by 7 grams on carbs and fats were over by 2 grams that's pretty good.  Got in a great Legs/Glutes and cardio workout this morning. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workouts for the week.

Day 322

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Woke up with a headache and sick to my stomach so stayed home today and rescheduled my Invisalign consult for tomorrow morning then Glutes/Back and easy cardio workout before work tomorrow afternoon. Macros were good today but thats cause I wasn't feeling well so didn't eat much. Going to work on my macros the rest of the week. Versa battery is at 51% so will charge it up a little later this evening.

Day 321

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Marcos were better but still under on protein and over on both carbs and fats. Need to work on getting more protein while getting less carbs and fats. No gym workout today but Legs/Glutes and usual cardio after work and before my Invisalign consult.   

Day 320

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great workout this morning. Didn't have my Invisalign consult as my picture or whatever wasn't here yet so that's Thursday afternoon instead. Macros were better today under goal on protein by 7grams, over on carbs by 4grams and over on fats by 11grams that's as good as I can get without going over on carbs and fats by more. After a gym rest day tomorrow its Legs/Glutes day on Thursday.

Day 319

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Plan is still Glutes/Back and usual cardio tomorrow morning after my consult for Invisalign. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam but haven't heard anything yet. Weight was up 1.6# from last Monday's weigh in not sure what's up but Macros were out of wack all week. Today Macros were under 4grams of protein, over 9grams of carbs and over 25grams of fats. Versa battery is at 53% so going to charge it alittle later tonight while watching The Voice and Manifest on NBC.

Day 318

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today.  Macros weren't good today need to focus on them this week. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam a few minutes ago included progress photos and measurements. Still planning on legs days this week as I can only get into the gym 2 maybe 3 days this week.

Day 317

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Schedule was published this morning and I can get into the gym 2 maybe 3 days this week so all will be legs/glutes and glutes/back days. Macros were a little better today but still need to focus on getting 100grams of protein, 60grams of carbs and 50grams of fats for tomorrow and going forward. Before I left for work yesterday I went ahead and subscribed to Fit Bit Premium for the advanced sleep info. Got my GNC pro box this afternoon so eager to try some of the samples.

Day 316

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Unsure on my Macros today but working to get my protein up while keeping my carbs and fats down. Got in a great Glutes/Back and cardio workout in this morning. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime this afternoon or tomorrow to plan my workouts for the week. Started drinking Liquid IV on Wednesday and love it for my workouts. The guy at GNC said it's a great seller for runners and anyone overall that needs a boost in electrolytes. Already have 48oz of water in and 72oz left to go with 8hrs left to go before bedtime. Pondering for the extra sleep info subscribing to Fit Bit Premium. I kinda miss that part from when I did the test but decided to opt out because I really didn't need the coaching feature as I have an amazing coach and awesome teammates on Team SYLL.

Day 315

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today.  Truck unload wore me out so Glutes/Back and cardio tomorrow morning instead of this afternoon. Macros were OK today still more carbs and fats than was my target and over 30grams. Working to be better tomorrow and the rest of the week.

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Great workout today, took measurements and might retake progress photos. Tomorrow's workout plan is Glutes/Back and cardio. Macros weren't the best today will focus on them more tomorrow. All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were better today but way over on fats, over by 6grams on carbs and right on for protein. Great first workout back into the gym in nearly a week. Tomorrow's workout plan is chest/shoulders and usual cardio. Took photos today and will measure in the morning. 

Day 312

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Again unsure but gonna try and have good macros today. Feeling better so will get back into the gym tomorrow for the usual cardio and Glutes/Back. Weight ended up down 2.9# from last Monday's weigh in so happy about that. Will measure in the morning then take progress photos at the gym also in the morning. Work 2:15PM-8PM so decided to write early that way when I get home I can finalize my food log then relax and watch TV. 

Day 311

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Macros were good today but need to get the fats down while increasing protein and also reducing carbs. Still fighting a sinus cold so resting the rest of the evening. Sent my weekly check in to coach Adam and he should be happy my weight was down consistently since focusing on macros and not counting calories.
