Day 312

Writing early so unsure if I'll go all green on my Versa but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Again unsure but gonna try and have good macros today. Feeling better so will get back into the gym tomorrow for the usual cardio and Glutes/Back. Weight ended up down 2.9# from last Monday's weigh in so happy about that. Will measure in the morning then take progress photos at the gym also in the morning. Work 2:15PM-8PM so decided to write early that way when I get home I can finalize my food log then relax and watch TV.
