Day 317

Almost all green on my Versa just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Schedule was published this morning and I can get into the gym 2 maybe 3 days this week so all will be legs/glutes and glutes/back days. Macros were a little better today but still need to focus on getting 100grams of protein, 60grams of carbs and 50grams of fats for tomorrow and going forward. Before I left for work yesterday I went ahead and subscribed to Fit Bit Premium for the advanced sleep info. Got my GNC pro box this afternoon so eager to try some of the samples.
