Day 326

All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes and cardio today. Macros were good today over by 27 grams on protein, under by 2 grams on carbs and over by 23 grams on fats today. Work schedule changed for tomorrow instead of 2pm-8pm I go in at noon but still get off at 8 so no gym workout then. Will probably after breakfast get in a virus workout that coach Adam posted on the Facebook group this morning. For now my gym isn't closed but all the owner asks is that we wipe down machines and equipment after use.
