12/31/18

Almost all green today just might miss floors and active minutes but will have achieved my steps per hour goal and gotten over 13K steps. Plan for today has changed will wait and go to church in the AM for the holiday since I feel like I was ran over but a truck. Sinus cold still kicking my butt but I am feeling a little better haven't coughed as much today and haven't had to blow my nose as much either. Will try and get some arm exercises in with my resistance tubes in tomorrow. Still no new workouts in the app yet but that's OK as I'm taking this week off from the gym to rest and recharge while recovering from this sinus cold.

12/30/18

Unsure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal and get at least 13K steps. Decided to take the week off from the gym and get better as this sinus cold is kicking my butt. For the most part I've been getting my 250+ steps in then resting most all of the afternoon. I think if I don't feel better by Thursday then I'll call the doctor and see if I can get in either Thursday afternoon or anytime on Friday. As of now my new workouts aren't in the app yet but that's OK since I need this week to get better instead of trying to fight through my workouts with this sinus cold.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but at least going to get 13K steps. Missed achieving my steps per hour goal by 52 steps sitting in church tonight. This sinus cold is kicking my butt think I might take this week off to get better then hit it hard the first full week of January. Off tomorrow so will at least get my steps in and also achieve my steps per hour goal but other than that rest and watch football all day. I downed 2 16oz bottles of Orange Juice this morning at work and thought about buying some but forgot when I left.

Almost all green today just might miss floors but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs/Abs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min treadmill walk since still not feeling good with a sinus cold. My work schedule was published early so I know I can get into the gym 1 last time in 2018 and start out 2019 in the gym too. Plan on measuring on Sunday to post on Monday when I post my weigh in. In my TOPS online groups their chapters get a black weigh in next week but not me mine counts for losses or gains from the previous week. I'm off 2 days plus the holiday this week so I have plenty of time to rest. Bought a cute purple/blue otterbox at Tech World on Wednesday it's kind of a mix between the 2 local high school colors of the town I work the St. Mary's Colgan Panthers(blue) and the public high school(purple) and also a mixture of the 2 biggest colleges in Kansas the University of Kansas (KU Blue) and Kansas State (purple). All green today and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps/Abs and 20 min treadmill walk today since I wasn't feeling like getting on the stair master. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min treadmill walk but will see how I feel to see if I do the stair master instead. Only the second time I've ever reached my floors goal think it's because it's so windy outside but hey I'll take it.

12/26/18

Almost all green just going to miss floors, miles and active minutes since I had to charge my tracker. Got in an OK back and 20 min on bike this afternoon since I had a killer throbbing headache but that's gone now. Went and got a new tempered glass screen protector put on my phone and bought a cute purple and blue otter box defender series case. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 20 min on stair master after working 8AM-2PM. Otter box cases for the Galaxy's are different than the ones for iPhones. My new one has no screen protector like the ones I've had in the past. I like the new ones better so I can have a screen protector that's not plastic on my screen.

12/25/18

Almost all green today and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in both yesterdays legs/abs workout and today's shoulders and 20 min walk instead of elliptical so will do 20 min elliptical tomorrow instead of treadmill.  Wasn't going to get any workout in but decided to do the first one around noon and the second one just finished a minute or so ago. Tomorrow's workout plan is work 6AM-2PM then go to the mall for a new tempered glass screen protector and if they have them an otter box defender series and after that Back and 20 min elliptical.

Writing early but pretty sure I'll go all green or almost all green and will try and achieve my steps per hour goal. Drinking my second Bang! of the day. Not sure if I'll get a chance to check in with my Spark teams today but will check e-mail shortly. Planned rest day today and tomorrow for the holiday but back at it on Wednesday afternoon.

Writing early again today so not sure if I'll go all green or even achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to at least get 250+ steps from 9AM-7PM today so that's 10hrs but we will see how busy from 2PM-7PM that we get at work. Bought a cheap plastic screen protector which will hold me over until midweek when I can get to the mall and Tech World booth to get a new tempered glass one put on. Was going to have one of the boys put the protector on for me but he got busy so when I went on lunch I decided to put it on myself. Mindful moment that came up on my phone this morning: Acceptance doesn't mean apathy. It means seeing clearly from a place of calm, knowing when to act, knowing when to let go. Didn't get my meditation last night since it was late and I was tired.

Not sure if I'll go all green today but writing early since it will be late when we get home. No time to check in with my Spark teams today. Once again today is a 2 Bang kinda day. Love the fact that I can journal my food on my phone so will put dinner in later. Plan on taking my Slimvance before going to church just in case I don't have time before we go to the Christmas party. Put a cheap screen protector on my phone to get my by until Wednesday afternoon when I can get to the mall and have a better one plus get an otterbox case too.

12/21/18

Almost all green just missed floors and miles yesterday cause I had to charge my tracker. Almost all green today but might miss floors and maybe active minutes too. Will achieve my steps per hour goal for today. Got in a great Legs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min random workout on the treadmill. After a couple of rest days unsure of Monday and Tuesday yet but plan on getting my steps in both days even if I don't get a lifting workout in. Might or might not get to write tomorrow as I work 6AM-2PM then church at 4PM before Christmas after that. 1 load of laundry already in the dryer and the other load is in the washer now. Getting them done today since I won't have time tomorrow and not sure when I work Sunday yet. Won't know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Might only get 3 days next week but unsure of that yet. With the holiday on Tuesday and day before is busy so might just get in there Wed-Fri next week.

Almost all green and who knows I might actually get floors today. Writing early but know I will achieve my steps per hour goal before putting my Charge3 on the charger around 6PM. It's been 7 days so that means time to charge it's at 27% battery now at almost 2PM. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps/Abs and 20 min on escalator(stair master) at 47 steps per minute. Next week I may try 50 steps per minute just to see if I can do it. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps/Abs/Legs and 15 min on treadmill done in circuit style instead of sets. Last night I finished the 10 session basics on headspace and will start another one tonight. Mindful moment that just popped up on my phone: Without any judgement or criticism, try to count how many times your mind gets distracted in the next 10 minutes. These come up on my phone multiple times a day but today one came up while I was writing this.

Almost all green today but will miss floors and did achieve my steps per hour goal. I'm on day or session 10 of basics and I did unwind last night just to relax for 3 min there. After today I'll have to pick another course to do on Headspace app. I was checking e-mail a little bit ago and one of my friend's her chapter voted to not meet next week so she will be 2 weeks without a weigh in. I don't miss TOPS just because of the missed weigh in's. I weigh in no matter what even if it's a holiday I still weigh for my trainer and for the site too. Got in a great Back and 20 min treadmill walk this afternoon. Since I'm off tomorrow I'll get in my Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 20 min on stair master before noon.

Almost all green just will miss floors today but achieved my steps per hour goal or will by 6PM tonight. Last night I got my regular vitamin packs from the gym and while the fish oil is longer it's also not as fat as the ones in the GNC vitamin packs. Started taking my regular vitamin packs again this morning. Got in a great Shoulders and 20 min on elliptical just haven't taken a screenshot of today's workout and posted to my FB page and Instagram yet but will soon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on treadmill after I get off work at 2PM. Decided to write early then I don't have to worry about it later this evening.

Almost all green just might miss floors today but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs/Abs workout but still getting used to no cardio on Monday. Today is day or session 8 of my daily meditation and I did splurge last night and subscribed to the app. Eager once the basics session is over to explore the app a lot more. Got my vitamins that I take from 1st Phorm tonight just need to write my trainer a check since she paid for them already but going to see if the guy can bill me and send them to me or to the gym whichever is easier for him.

Unsure if I'll go all green today on my Charge3 but will get 13K steps. Came up short of achieving my steps per hour goal today sitting in church this morning missed an hour. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs after getting off work at 4:15PM. Then finally a day off on Tuesday that will be after working 7 days straight. In a bit will get my headspace meditation session in to make it day 7 even though it's actually only 6 days since I doubled up on Wednesday evening.

Almost all green on my Fit Bit charge but floors and active minutes. Did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week Monday evening, Tuesday-Thursday mornings and Friday early afternoon. After another gym rest day tomorrow it's back into the gym Monday evening for Legs/Abs. Tonight's meditation will be day 6 of 10. Right now just doing the free part of the app but might subscribe to it in the new year. Also later will read my church book for daily meditation too.

Almost all green on my Fit Bit Charge3 today but might miss floors and active minutes since it is at 23% battery at 20 till 7PM. Got in a great Legs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min treadmill walk this evening. It was a different workout than I've done since April with it being a circuit style workout and not supersets. Found on Monday an app called headspace it's a meditation app unsure if I saw it on my local newscast or if it was on the national newscast but I got it on my phone. So far I'm going to do day 5 this evening around 9PM. Gym rest days this weekend then back into the gym on Monday with Legs/Abs. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Well looks like I'm working 6 days this week since my manager couldn't find anyone to take my shift tomorrow. She said she would try and have me off on Sunday but not holding my breath on that just like when she said she would "try" and f

Almost all green just might miss floors today. Today was a 2 Bang kinda day even though it wasn't supposed to be. Was literally sitting in my car getting ready to go workout and got a phone call to come into work today and work 10:15AM-2PM but got my workout in after. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Biceps/Triceps and 15 min on the treadmill circuit style instead of sets to change it up. Have a feeling that tomorrow will be a 2 Bang kinda day as well.

12/12/18

Yesterday was a 2 Bang kinda day as was today. Went all green but floors and miles yesterday but will go all green all but floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Got in a great Back and 20 min hill treadmill walk today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and 20 min on stair master. Off tomorrow so will enjoy every minute of it and get rest. Got off at 9PM last night but still only got 5hrs 52 min of sleep last night into this morning. More than likely will be in bed by around 9PM tonight just because I'm still tired and wiped from working 1:30PM-9PM last night then the quick turn around and working 6AM-11:20AM today stayed a little longer because the girl who was supposed to replace me called and said she would be late but we didn't know how late she was going to be but only 20 minutes late so not too bad.

Unsure if I'll go all green today but will try all but of course floors. Decided to go ahead and write early since I have time. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and 20 min on elliptical workout this morning. I have a feeling that today will be a 2 Bang kinda day. Had one this morning and have another in the fridge at work just in case I need it tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on the treadmill unsure if I'll do treadmill sprints or pick a hills or something that's already on the treadmill instead of manual like I always do. Tomorrow too may be a 2 Bang kinda day after working till 10PM tonight and back at 6AM tomorrow.

12/10/18

Almost all green just will miss floors and maybe active minutes. Unsure if I'll journal/blog tomorrow since I work 1:30PM-10PM then it's home for a quick shower and bed before having to be up at 4:30AM on Wed to be at work by 6AM. Will have my workout clothes packed and left at work so I don't have to mess with it on Wed AM. Got in a great Legs/Abs workout today but was strange to not have any cardio scheduled. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Chest and 20 min on elliptical. Will miss The Voice instant save tomorrow unless I can plan my break for maybe 7:45 so I can watch the performances and instantly save someone.

12/9/18

Not sure if I'll go all green today but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Working 3PM-10:30PM today so will be ready for bed when I get home. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs and might get on the stair master for 10-15min after since I didn't get on it last Thursday. Journaling/blogging early today since I work late today. Off tomorrow so will get into the gym and also get to GNC for more Lean 25 shake mix.

12/8/18

Not sure if I'll go all green today or not since I'm writing early. Work 1:30PM-8:15PM so getting this done before work. Right now my Charge3 is at 33% battery and will charge when I get home later tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week nothing planned for Friday so might just get in some cardio and a little legs or abs workout. Monday after my workout I need to get to GNC for more Lean 25 shake powder since I have enough for today and tomorrow only. Drinking my Bang Energy drink now and might take another one in to work and drink there later.

Almost all green but going to miss floors and probably active minutes today too. Achieved my steps per hour goal today. Taking a gym rest day since I have nothing planned for today and I got off at 6PM which is too late to workout. Hoping to get into the gym all 5 days next week but will see once the schedule is published tomorrow.

Almost all green just going to miss floors again today but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Decided to go 20 min row instead of stair master since I wasn't feeling it today. Taking a rest day tomorrow since I work 10AM-6PM and it will be later before I get home again. Great Biceps/Triceps/Abs workout tonight and used heavier weights than normal. Need to sometime get to GNC and buy more Lean 25 shake mix maybe sometime next week.

Almost all green but will miss floors today. Posting early so hope to achieve my steps per hour goal but not sure with a rosary this evening. Got in a great Back and 20 min on treadmill decided to do the hill program on the treadmill today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and 20 min on stair master. Quads are still sore from Monday's workout and as of yet still no planned workout on Friday not sure if I'll go this week or not but probably not since I work 10AM-6PM and will get enough exercise unloading the truck and putting stock out. More than likely will miss Christmas Eve and Christmas day's workouts unless I'm off on Christmas Eve then will go in the AM but take the holiday off. Most if not all of today's workout was brand new just did TRX rows, Lat pulldowns, and Seated rows that I've done before but the rest were exercises that I'd never done before. I'm in third place on both workweek challenges on Fit Bit.

12/4/18

Almost all green but will miss floors today. Achieved or will shortly my steps per hour goal. Bought a couple of tops and a cardigan this afternoon to wear to church and events like Christmas or funerals. Will take a photo in both tops and leggings and post later. Got in a great Shoulders/Chest and 20 min on elliptical today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 20 min on treadmill probably either sprints 30 sec on and 30 sec off or HIIT 2 min jog at 4.5 and 1 min walk at 3.2 not sure which I'll do yet but something other than just either incline treadmill walk or treadmill walk. In almost a year I'm down 4.6# and since April I'm down 4.3# so making progress since switching to a new trainer.

Almost all green just will miss floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal. Got my new workouts this morning but still need to write them in my notebook will do that in a bit. Great Legs/Abs workout and didn't need any machines today. Tomorrow I'll take my Altered snacks to work on the way home so I can eat them there. Just posted to social media my Facebook page and Instagram almost forgot to do that. Usually I post when I get done with my workouts but was kinda tired today.

Almost all green but not sure about miles today and won't get active minutes or floors. Charge3 is at 36% battery and not sure how long I want to leave it before charging it but it's been 7 days since I last put it on the charger. Plan still for this week is to get into the gym all 5 days. My workout clothes and headphones are at work so I don't have to take my bag in the morning just my lunch box with my protein bite, power crunch bar, shake for lunch and Bang! energy drink. Scale still down from last week so should be OK for weigh in tomorrow and will measure on Tuesday morning for December.

12/1/18 and December Goals

Decided a couple of days ago to start making goals again. Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes. Came up 71 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even going after 6PM on Friday. I met my exercise goal for the week 7 of 7 days but came up short 9 of 10hrs today. Goals for December: I plan on having a losing month and get into the gym every work day Monday-Friday this month. Scale is down 1.2# for the month with Monday being official weigh in day.

11/30/18

Almost all green but will miss floors and might miss active minutes too. Got in a great Legs/Abs and 15 min treadmill walk today even though elliptical was planned but I'd done it 2 days in a row and haven't walked on the treadmill since Monday. Eager to see what new workouts are planned for me this month. Should have my other healthy snacks on Monday late afternoon or Tuesday morning. I ordered Protein brownies and rice krispie treats from Altered Nutrition. Tried and love the protein energy bites too might have to next week order more of those too.

Almost all green but will miss floors again today. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Got in a great 15 min warm up on elliptical and biceps/triceps/chest and 15 min on elliptical. Tomorrow's plan is Legs/Abs and 15 min on elliptical but might do the treadmill instead. Got to thinking today and I'll start making goals each month then in January I'll set goals for 2019. Starting a new training month next week and hope to not miss a day all month. Also on CyberTOPS online group I'll make a pledge each month and in January for the year too. I have one more day with the 1st Phorm vitamins then have to switch to the GNC multivitamin pack until 1st Phorm gets more in stock. Hope it's just for this month but we will see come January. It's about the same price for both brands so wouldn't be saving any money going from one to the other.

Almost all green today just missed floors again. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Great Back and 30 min on elliptical this late afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical/Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 15 min on elliptical to finish. This is the first week all month that I can get into the gym all 5 days. Eager to see what my trainer has planned both weights wise and cardio for next month. Going to see if a combination of 1700 calories consumed and Slimvance twice daily does to help me lose weight this month. Bought a new pair of headphones that are wireless and going to need to get used to having something over my ears since I'm so used to earbuds.

11/27/18

All green today but will miss floors again. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Scale is the same today as it was yesterday. Started taking Slimvance from GNC yesterday got a sample 14 day supply in one of my pro boxes and bought some other but won't open that until I see how it will work for me. Got in a great Shoulders and 30 min cardio today I went 20 min on elliptical which is the longest I'd ever gone on it and 10 min row before my lifting workout. I also bought some over vitamin packs since 1st phorm is out of the micro factor both online and in store. Ordered both the Rice Krispies treats and protein brownies so should have them next Monday late afternoon. Will measure on Thursday for next month since I start a new training month next week.

11/26/18

All green today but missed floors and will charge my Charge3 in a bit since the battery is at 31%. Last Tuesday I ordered some Protein bites from a local food company and they are sooo good that think I'll order the other 2 snacks too. My trainer likes the rice krispie treats and her hubby loves the brownies. This morning the scale was up 1.3# from last week not too bad for over a holiday. Starting a new training month this next week and think with the protein bites and other snacks that they will help when I want something sweet to just grab one of those. Got in my Legs and 20 min treadmill walk tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is at least 15 min on stair master and 15 min row before Shoulders. It was perfect my Protein bites were in the fridge right next to my Bang! tea not sure if it was planned that way or it just happened that mine got put next to my drink in the fridge.

11/25/18

Will go all green today even floors don't know how but I got 6 floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Workout plan tomorrow weather permitting is Legs and 20 min on treadmill. The company where I get my vitamin packs are sold out of them both instore and online and my trainer even called our guy that got them for me last time. That's OK I am going to GNC later this week anyways and will get some vitamin packs from there. Should hopefully get my protein bites tomorrow but if not will get them on Tuesday and drop them by work on the way home to put in the fridge there.

11/24/18

Not going to go all green today will miss active minutes and floors. Came up 44 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal today while sitting in church tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days. Monday late afternoon, Tuesday morning, Wed early afternoon, Thurs morning and Friday early afternoon. I think this is the first week all month that I've gotten to do all 5 workouts in the same week. After having to miss for being sick one week, a funeral the next week and then a holiday and crazy hours last week.

11/23/18

Didn't go all green or even get 10K steps yesterday. Plan on going all green today but will miss active minutes and floors. Hope to get into the gym 4-5 days this coming week but won't know until sometime tomorrow. Missed the last 2 days in the gym yesterday due to the holiday and today due to a late night and being so tired. Off tomorrow and plan on enjoying every minute of it. After working 10 days straight I am so ready for a day off to not go anywhere until church in the evening.

Plan on going all green but floors for today. Writing early so I can take a nap later after dinner before I go to work. Think I might take the rest of the week off from the gym will be on at least 5 and a half hours sleep from the time I get home early in the AM until I have to be back at work tomorrow later in the morning. Plan on taking and drinking another Bang! Energy drink at work after drinking one this morning because if I don't I get a slight headache. After working 11:30-5:30 tomorrow I finally get a day off. It'll be 10 days since my last day off before my next one since I was called into work on Tuesday which was supposed to be my day off.

Almost all green just going to miss floors today. Missed achieving my steps per hour goal by about 150 steps sitting in a restaurant eating dinner. Got in a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout today. After a rest day tomorrow for the Thanksgiving holiday it's back into the gym on Friday for Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 15 min warm up on elliptical and 15 min on elliptical to finish up.

11/20/18

Almost all green today just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great 15 min on stair master and 15 min row before shoulders workout later than planned. Around 7:30 this morning got a call to come into work from 9AM-12:30 so didn't get into the gym until this afternoon. Tomorrow I work 6AM-noon then will get into the gym for Back and 30 min on elliptical. Had to split up today's cardio because I can only go 15 min on stair master (escalator) but next month if I go 30 min again will try for 20 just to see if I can go longer than 15 min and work up to 30 on it.

Almost all green just going to miss floors again today. Achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min on stair master and 15 min row before Shoulders. Scale was up today but still down from 2 weeks ago.

11/18/18

Not going to go all green today gonna miss floors and active minutes. Did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk. Scale is up from last week but down still from 2 weeks ago. My loss last week was mostly due to being sick on Friday and Saturday. Work till 5PM tomorrow then will get into the gym for my workout. Still plan on getting into the gym at least 4 days this week but will see about Friday closer to time.

Not all green today missed floors and active minutes and came 40 steps short of achieving my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym 4 days this week but will see what happens on Friday after working on short rest as I get off late on Thanksgiving day then go in at 11:30 on Friday. Scale is up from Monday but down from 2 weeks ago. Most of my loss on Monday was from being sick last Friday and Saturday.

11/16/18

Not all green at all yesterday but almost all green today and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great total body workout to make up for not getting into the gym the last 2 days. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for at least 4 days this coming week not counting the holiday. Just missed floors today but all green other that that.

11/15/18

Not going to go all green today and didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed it by 3hrs while sitting in the funeral this morning. Plan is to get in 10K steps for today even if I don't get 13K. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs/Chest/Biceps/Triceps the latter 3 not tracked on the app but put into an app in my phone but not the gym app. Had a long day but I'm ready to get back into the routine of getting into the gym again every day or almost every day hopefully that will happen next week.

Not going to go all green or green at all will be lucky to get 10K steps today since my Charge3 is at 19% and needs to be charged. Don't have the battery icon on the screen yet but not taking any chances so going to get 10K steps then put it on the charger. No gym workout today since we went out to eat for my mom's b-day and tomorrow again no gym workout due to a funeral in the AM then it being to late to workout when I get off after 6PM. Plan on getting into the gym on Friday for Legs/Abs and 15min on elliptical and might do a few back exercises and biceps/triceps/chest workout after.

Loving that I have my Charge3 synced to my gym app so even if I don't get a gym workout in I still get activity time for my steps. Will miss tomorrow's workout too but this is due to going out to eat for my Mom's b-day. One of these days I should screenshot my workouts for this month and start posting them along with a screenshot of my fit bit page that has my calories burned and active minutes. Took a screenshot of last month's workouts but never posted them but thinking about that for this month. Took the screenshots and will try to post remember to post Friday's along with my fit bit workout page. Had my hair just in a pony for my workout and think I like it better in a bun off of my neck since it's getting so long even in a pony.

Not going to go all green today will miss floors. No gym workout today due to the weather since I didn't drive to work today means I miss my gym workout. Road conditions weren't the best this morning and haven't improved that much. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today. Hoping the road conditions are a little better tomorrow but no promises. Might talk to my trainer to see about pushing this week's workouts back a week because of the weather this week. Down 4.6# this week but most if not all of it was probably from being so sick on Friday with a headache and sick to my stomach that I didn't eat much and then on Saturday being careful so I didn't get sick again while still battling a headache. All better now and was planning on getting into the gym until the weather came through and still is blowing snow showers.

Not going to go all green will miss floors and might miss active minutes too. Achieved or will achieve my steps per hour goal today. The whole workout week is up in the air all depending on when the funeral for my great uncle is he was my grandpa's last living brother now all that's left are the 3 sisters. Thinking the funeral will be on Thursday and I work 2PM-6:30PM then have to be back at 6:15AM on Friday for truck so a workout after is out and won't have time before if the funeral is in the morning. Unofficial weigh in this morning I'm down 4.9# from Monday but most if not all of that was being so sick with a killer headache and sick to my stomach on Friday that I hardly ate anything and then watching so I didn't get sick again yesterday. Not the way to lose but I'll take it even if I'm not down that much with tomorrow's weigh in.

Missed yesterday due to a killer headache and didn't even turn my computer on when I got off work at 10:30(was supposed to stay until 11:15) but left after I got sick in the bathroom. Not all green yesterday and didn't achieve my steps per hour goal yesterday. Today not all green will miss both floors and active minutes and came up 1hr shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting in church tonight. Had a headache earlier but it's better now. Plan right now is 4 days in the gym with Wed being up in the air as of now will know Wed morning what the plan is. Slept most of the afternoon yesterday and napped a lot today too but still almost achieved my steps per hour goal.

Not going to go all green today will miss floors again today. Final update on my back it's feeling better haven't used Bio-Freeze at all today. Got in a great 15 min warm up on elliptical then biceps/triceps/chest and 15 min on elliptical to finish up. Used my foam roller before I got started and then after my lift and before my second 15 min on the elliptical. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs and 15 min on elliptical to finish up. Ended up going all green but floors yesterday before charging my charge3.

Not going to go all green gonna miss floors again today but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 30 min on elliptical 15 min to warm up and 15 min to finish. Update on my back it's feeling better only used Bio-Freeze twice so far and will use it again tonight before bed. Low battery on my Charge3 already all from for a few hours having the notifications on so as soon as I reach my steps goal of 13K at least then I'll put my Charge3 on the charger. Earlier this afternoon the battery was on 35% and now it's 24% went down that fast all by having the notifications on.

Not going to go all green today will miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders and 15 min on stair master then 15 min row. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze and bought a massage stick this morning which makes it feel even better. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. Used Bio-Freeze 3 times already today and used my new massage stick earlier and will again later.

Not all green today will miss floors today but will achieve my steps per hour goal. My new workouts were in the app this morning when I went to post my weigh in. Today's workout was Legs and 20 min treadmill walk. Plan on going to Wal-Mart to look for massage balls for my back but if I can't find anything there I'll go to a sporting goods store in the mall and look there. Update on my back it's feeling better but still using Bio-Freeze 4 times a day and already used it 3 times today so have to wait until before bed to use it again.

Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week not sure what I'll do yet but will have something hopefully by Monday. Even managed to get over 250 steps before church tonight. Update on my back thought it was feeling better but still sore using Bio-Freeze roll on 3 times already today this morning, when I got home around 1PM and then before church. Will use it again before bed tonight.

Update on my back it's feeling better but for the next few days going to continue using Bio-Freeze. My charge3 was on 15% battery and never got the low battery e-mail telling me to charge it but not going to press my luck going another day and it's on the charge now as I'm headed for a shower shortly since I have to get up early and be at work by 5AM tomorrow. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days if that's all my schedule will allow.

Almost all green but will miss floors again today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. Used just Bio-Freeze this morning and again after my shower so far might use the roll on Bio-Freeze shortly and again before bed or just before bed. Got my vitamins and ignition to put in my protein shakes post workout. Not sure if I'll use a pain patch tomorrow morning or just Bio-Freeze but will use the latter before my workout tomorrow afternoon.

Almost all green missed floors yesterday and will again today too. Got in a pretty good Shoulders and 30 min treadmill walk instead of stair master and rower. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min treadmill walk not sure if I'll set an incline or not will see how my back feels after. Update on back after wearing a smaller pain patch decided to buy a can of Bio-Freeze to keep in my work bag used some of that before my workout and put more on when I got home from eating out. Did well today and had 1749 calories for the day even after eating at a Mexican restaurant. Since it was at the mall went to GNC and bought some of my protein powder that I needed. Also got a text on my way home saying that my vitamins and other workout stuff are at the gym so will get them in the morning. Only used the foam roller for a couple of minutes and my back felt better but was in a hurry to get home and cleaned up for dinner so didn't get to use the roller after.

Almost all green just will miss floors today. Achieved my steps per hour goal today. Update on my back still sore but using the foam roller really helped and will use it again tomorrow. Starting tomorrow think I'll do a 5 min warm up including stretching on the foam roller then finish up with more stretches. Great or as best I could with a sore back legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and depending on how my back feels 15 min on stair master then finish up rowing otherwise if my back isn't feeling better then I'll do 30 min on rower.

Probably won't go all green today will miss floors and active minutes. So far on track to achieve my steps per hour goal today. Update on my back it's a little better but put on an Icy Hot pain patch after my shower. Watched an amazing win by the Kansas City Chiefs today we are now 7-1 after the victory today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk first then work 1PM-6PM. Might have to be careful on legs day all depending on how my back feels in the morning. Might go ahead and use the Bio-Freeze roll on then after my shower use my last pain patch will need to buy another package tomorrow afternoon.

Almost all green just going to miss active minutes and floors. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed it by 29 steps while sitting in church tonight. Update on my back it's not a sore since I put an Icy Hot pain patch on when I got home from work this morning. Going to use either Icy Hot roll on or the Bio freeze roll on before bed tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week. I was in 2 workweek hustle challenges and won one and finished second in the other. Currently in second place in both weekend warrior challenges right now.

Not going to go all green today missed floors again and am charging my Charge3 even though the battery was at 29%. Got in a great Biceps/Triceps/Chest and 30 min elliptical this afternoon. Not sure if it was poor form or heavier weights yesterday but my lower back is hurting today. Bought some Bio-Freeze in the roll on form used it 3 times today so far. Also took 4 ibuprofen too for the pain. Going to rest here in a bit and get ready for an early to work but early off day tomorrow. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days if schedule only allows it.

Went to Wal-Mart and bought a new blender bottle and cute cellphone case on clearance then after my workout went to GNC and bought Georgia sweet peach tea Bang! energy drink and lean 25 shake powder and also Amino Energy. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps/Triceps and a little chest and 30 min on elliptical.

Didn't go all green yesterday missed miles and floors and not sure if I'll go all green today might miss floors and active minutes. Taking a gym rest day today and decided to not do the second leg day and 20 min walk. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min elliptical after I get my eyebrows waxed then to GNC and Wal-Mart. GNC to get more lean 25 shakes and Wal-Mart for another blended bottle for my shakes.

Writing early since I work 2PM-9PM and don't want to write later. Not sure if I'll go all green but miss floors today. Got in a great Shoulders/Cardio workout had to do 30 min on the rower since the stair master was in use when I got started. My new glasses are ready so will get them tomorrow and take a photo with them on sometime tomorrow afternoon. Might get my second legs and 20 min walk in tomorrow haven't decided yet but can do that one from home if needed.

Got in a great Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk today. Will just blog today and not check in on any groups. Might or might not journal tomorrow since I work 2PM-9PM but will try either before I go to work or when I get home write a little. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master but will do maybe 15 min on stair master then 15 min row to finish up since I've never gone longer than 15 min on the stair master before.

Didn't go all green yesterday missed floors, miles and active minutes. Good news is I got 6 days out of a single charge on my Fit Bit Charge3. Today I might miss floors and active minutes but should go green in miles and calories burned while getting 13K steps and achieving my steps per hour goal. Work 8AM-5PM tomorrow then into the gym for Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk.

Not going to go all green today will miss floors and active minutes but will get or try to get miles and calories burned along with 13K steps before having to charge my Charge3. Missed achieving my steps per hour goal by 72 steps while sitting in church tonight. Will only get into the gym 4 days this week since I work 11:15-6:15 on Wed and that's too late to go workout so might get the second leg day workout in like last week at home otherwise I'll miss that workout this week.

Got in a great Biceps/Triceps and a little Chest workout and began with 30 min on elliptical. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan the time of day and number of days I can get into the gym this coming week. Almost all green yesterday missed floors and miles got miles today but missed floors. Achieved my steps per hour goal both yesterday and today too. Scale is down 0.6# from Monday with 2 days to still be careful before Monday weigh in. Body fat is down 0.9% from Monday.

Won't check in with my Spark People teams today since I had an early morning which turned into a long day and after my workout a short evening before another early morning tomorrow. Figured out with the help of a member of a Fit Bit group how to turn the quick view off on my charge3.

It's almost 5:30PM and my eyes still aren't back to normal yet so just finished my Legs and 20 min walk workout here at home. Will go all green today and didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed 3hrs driving to and sitting at and driving home from the eye doctors office. Work 8AM-5PM tomorrow then plan on getting in the gym for Back and 30 min on the elliptical. Love my Charge3 still but not sure how to preserve the battery life I've turned off the all day sync and not sure how to turn off the quick view feature if I can.

Won't go all green today will miss floors today but will achieve my steps per hour goal today. Great Shoulders/Cardio workout today I ended up doing 10 min on the stair master and 20 min on the rower since wasn't sure I could do 30 min on stair master since I wasn't used to it. Tomorrow will be a rest day since I'm going to the eye dr and getting my eyes dilated and also getting new tires on my car. Working late today so writing early today.

Didn't go all green today missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs & 20 min incline treadmill walk without a fall today since I did box step ups instead of jumps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders & 30 min on stair master but might do 15 min on stair master and 15 min on elliptical. Battery on my Charge3 is at 21% but going to charge it as soon as I finish going all green and get 13K steps and 5 miles. Decided to take my phone out of the case to charge it and will use a cord to charge overnight instead of the wireless charging pad.

Didn't go all green yesterday missed floors and active minutes and won't go all green today will miss floors for sure and maybe active minutes too. But will achieve my steps per hour goal today after missing yesterday's by 58 steps in the 5PM hour. Unofficially the scale is down 0.5# from last week and body fat is down 0.3% from last week with tomorrow being official weigh in. After watching my trainer's IG story I'm excited to see the changes that she's made to the gym since Friday I know at the gym they are starting classes on Monday using mats which are in the spot where the treadmills and recumbent bikes were so eager to see where those are at now.

Won't go all green today missed floors and active minutes. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed the 5PM hour while sitting in church tonight by 58 steps. Will only get into the gym 4 days this week so will skip my Wed Legs day due to an eye appointment and getting new tires put on my car. Still loving my Charge3 and found the instructions on how to stop a tracked workout when I push play to start tracking my workout from my Charge3. I took a screenshot of the instructions so now I can stop the exercise tracking on my tracker Monday afternoon after my Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk. A little nervous about the box jumps after I fell last week but going to try the tip Johnyee suggested by using the resistance band and pullup bar to help with the box jumps.

Not sure if I'll go all green today since I just got my Charge3 and it tracks stairs where the Alta doesn't. Achieved my steps per hour goal today and had a great Back and 30 min on elliptical workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Biceps and Triceps with 30 min on elliptical. I'm leading both workweek hustle challenges on Fit Bit. Need 2 more hours to achieve my steps per hour goal as I'm writing at 4PM. At around 7PM I'll put my Charge3 on the charger to have a full charge. Did the Starbuck's run this morning after I figured out how to get my favorites set and not have to order.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs & 20 min incline treadmill walk this afternoon after I got my car back from being serviced. My new Fit Bit Charge3 is in town at the post office so I'll get it tomorrow when the mail comes. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. My bruise isn't hurting today but I've been off and haven't done much so haven't taken anything for the pain today. So far as of today I'm 3.9# down from when I first started working with Johnyee. I've been using a food journal for so long that I don't remember the last time I didn't write down my food.

Got in a great Shoulders workout and instead of 30 min on the stair master I did 30 min on the elliptical since my bruise was really sore and hurting today. Having my car serviced in the morning then Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk in the afternoon. Off the next 2 days so will rest some and hope my knee is better by truck on Friday.

Almost all green yesterday just missed miles and active minutes before charging my Alta HR. Got in a great Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk in despite missing the box and hitting my thigh and inside of my knee. To explain what the box is it's used for step up, jumps or anything in a CrossFit gym. My trainer did the same thing about 8 weeks ago and her knee still hurts and is bruised. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master if it's free but if not then will do something else. All green today and achieved my steps per hour goal.

Gonna miss miles and active minutes today but will get my 13K steps before putting my Alta HR on the charge since I won't have my Charge3 until Saturday afternoon. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk. Got the low battery notification so once I get 13K steps I'll charge my Alta HR. Scale is down 1.1# from last weigh in so will try and be a little lower than that tomorrow morning. Did however achieve my steps per hour goal today. Will go all green and achieve my steps per hour goal tomorrow.

Almost all green but will miss active minutes. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal was short 1hr while sitting in church tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days even if it means going after 5PM on Monday since I get off at 4:45PM that day. After a rest day tomorrow Monday's workout plan is Legs and 20min incline treadmill walk. Scale was down 1.7# for the week with one more day to watch before official weigh in. Put a Bang! energy drink in the fridge to take with me to work tomorrow morning to get me through the day.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Cardio/Abs workout this morning. My new workouts were loading this morning the app developers had to refresh the app and now then I could see my workouts. Wrote them down and don't have any easy cardio/abs day this month. Monday is Legs and 20 min on treadmill, Tuesday is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master, Wednesday is Legs and 20 min on treadmill, Thursday is Back and 30 min on elliptical, and Friday is begin with 15 min on ellie 2 twice for a total of 30 min then Triceps/Biceps. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk. Started out the morning at US Cellular having the gal reset my voicemail passcode so I could change it and access my voicemail. Then went for my workout and stopped to get a shake at the shake place kinda downtown and then stopped at GNC for more energy drinks and lean 25 shakes. After I got back into town I stopped and got my flu shot so that's done for the year. Tomorrow's workout plan is Cardio (20 min incline treadmill walk & 15 min on stair master unless I decide to get on the elliptical or bike instead)/ 5 Abs exercises. Haven't gotten my new workouts put on the app yet but have a text and PM sent to my trainer and she is looking into it but haven't heard back yet. I know she will be out of town this weekend starting tomorrow and back either sometime late on Saturday or on Sunday.

Almost all green just missed miles yesterday due to having to charge my Alta HR.  Achieved my steps per hour goal again today and will go all green. Got in a great Legs/Chest workout this evening and finally after working 7 days straight I'm off tomorrow and Friday. Didn't go all green yesterday just missed active minutes and miles but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Almost all green today just need miles and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs/Abs workout this evening. Starting a new training month on Wednesday and plan on focusing a little better this month on my food. I'm up 3.3# for the month but body fat is the same as the first of September. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical then shoulders followed by 10 min row to finish up. Forgot to measure so will do that on Thursday then post to the gym site.

Almost all green today but might miss active minutes again and have already achieved my steps per hour goal. Plan on getting into the gym all 5 days this week 2 days will be after 4PM and after 2PM one day then the other days will be in the morning around 9AM or so. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs and 10 min warm up on elliptical and 5 min to finish up on elliptical. Plan on Thursday morning going to US Cellular to see if they can help me set up my voice mail or at least access it with a default passcode.

I won one workweek challenge and finished second in the other. In a weekend challenge and I'm in third place so need to step it up before work today.

Got in a great Cardio/Abs workout today.  Currently I'm in first place in one workweek challenge and in second on the other with 3-5hrs left. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout number of days and time of day.  Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days if the schedule only allows. Bought a second wireless charging pad so I don't have to use any cords at home but will have 1 cord ready for travel or whatever.

Not all green yet but writing at 12:30PM instead of after 6PM. Will go all green today and achieve my steps per hour goal. Currently in first place in both of my workweek hustle challenges with 1 day left on both. Tomorrow's workout plan is Cardio(20 min incline treadmill walk and 15 min stair master)/4 abs exercises.  Had labs done yesterday and everything came back good but iron is a little low so going to get some over the counter iron and start taking it.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders/Cardio workout started out with 15 min on elliptical then finished with 10 min row. Went and got a screen protector put on my phone after my workout. Almost achieved my steps per hour goal just need the 6PM  hour and that will be done. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical then legs/chest and finish with 15 min on stair master(if it's free). In the morning need to have fasting blood work since it's been a while before breakfast and my workout. Saw a couple of cute phone cases that I might go back and get the next time I need something at GNC.

All green yesterday and achieved my steps per hour goal. All green today and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Abs and a total of 15 min on the elliptical. Still loving my new phone and still getting used to the switch from Apple to Android. Need to change the rest time on the app from 30 sec to 60 sec for tomorrow's workout. Just changed that so now I'm ready for tomorrow's workout.

Might not go all green might miss active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Bought a wireless charging pad and not sure think my phone was on 88% when I got home and put my phone on it and in about an hour or less than it was fully charged. Have to take my pop socket thingy off of it but that's OK I can put it back on before bed then remove it when I get home to use my charging pad. Plan for tomorrow is work till 3PM then legs/abs and 10 min warm up on elliptical and 5 min to finish up on elliptical after my lift.

Almost green but might miss active minutes today. Achieved my steps per hour goal today by not leaving for church until a few minutes after 5. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week and in the late afternoon Monday, mornings Tues-Thurs and then early afternoon on Friday.  Been thinking about getting the wireless charger that plugs into the wall then I can just sit my phone on it and not plug it in since I got my new phone and decided to get one tomorrow.  Put my hair in a neat bun for church tonight with headband but will do a messy bun for work tomorrow with a headband. Think now I have all of my apps back that I want except for my app from the doctor and getting that now as I almost forgot about it. As soon as I go almost all green then I'll charge my Fit Bit Alta HR to full charge.

Might not go all green today but going to try and get 13K steps. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal today missed 3hrs sitting in the car driving to get my new cell phone and driving back and in the store waiting to get my phone set up. I upgraded from the iPhone 7 which died on me this morning to an android Samsung Galaxy S8. Getting everything setup and all of the apps I need put on there. Tested out my Air pods and they work with my Galaxy so I don't need to buy a new pair of Bluetooth earphones for my workouts next week. Thank goodness I had my workouts wrote out in a notebook I learned that after the gym app was down a couple weeks ago. Had an OK workout today without my music. Won't know until sometime tomorrow my work schedule for next week to plan the time of day and number of days I can get into the gym.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Cardio(20 min incline treadmill walk and 15 min stair master)/4 or 5 abs exercises. Won't know until sometime on Saturday my work schedule for next week to plan my workout times and number of days. Went ahead and preordered the Fit Bit Charge 3 this morning.  For the first time in about 3yrs I had a Subway sandwich tonight for dinner. Haven't eaten one since before I decided to quit TOPS since we ate there every Monday night after meeting and I just got tired of eating there every week for 3yrs.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and warmed up for 15 min on the elliptical and was supposed to do 15 min on stair master but wasn't feeling it today so got on the treadmill instead for incline treadmill walk. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk.  Thinking about for a reward if I have a good loss this month or a loss ordering the Fit Bit Charge 3. As of right now I'm in the lead in both of my Workweek Hustle challenges on my Fit Bit. Have a weekend warrior challenge starting this weekend. 96oz of water done and 24oz left to go in a bit.

Almost all green and almost achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders/Cardio workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Chest and 15 min warm up on elliptical and 15 min on stair master(if it's free) to finish up. Right now sitting in first place on both workweek hustle challenges I'm in on Fit Bit.  I've got 48oz of water left to drink to reach that goal today. I'm 17.9# from reaching my goal need to focus on my eating and also getting my water in. On SparkPeople I changed my user name from royalsgurl to macratdoll to explain the name to the Spark People blog readers MAC is the name of the gym I go to and doll refers to the ladies and rat refers to those that are there a lot working out so I'm a macratdoll.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Abs and 15 minutes on elliptical.  Went to GNC and bought 2 cases of Bang Georgia Peach tea one case is in the fridge at the gym and the other is in my car. Tomorrow’s workout plan is Shoulders and 15 min warm up on elliptical and 10 min row to finish up. Won the weekend warrior challenge on my fit bit and am in first place in one workweek challenge and in second in the other.

Almost all green just not sure I'll get active minutes today but will achieve my steps per hour goal. I'm leading the weekend challenge with 6hrs 29min left to go. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Abs and 10 min on ellie to warm up and 5 min ellie to finish up. After my workout going to head to GNC for a case of Bang Georgia Peach tea since the tea is the only flavor of Bang I can drink as it doesn't have carbonated water. Will drop it off at MAC to put in the fridge there so I don't have to remember it but on days like yesterday will take one home with me and drink at work the next day.  Next week I'm in 2 workweek hustle challenges again but this is the first weekend warrior challenge I've been a part of for sometime. Almost have my gallon of water in for today will make my CLA drink in about an hour or so.

Almost all green but might miss active minutes and didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed 1hr by 41 steps while sitting in church tonight. Monday's workout plan is Legs/Abs and 10 min warm up on elliptical and 5 min on elliptical to finish up.  I finished with a win on one workweek challenge and third on the other one. I'm in a weekend challenge and am in second place with 1day 4hrs  left to go.

9/14/18

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Cardio/Abs workout this afternoon.  My manager got an e-mail from our district manager telling her that 2 of us has 80hrs of vacation to take so I'm on vacation this next week. I'll get into the gym all 5 days in the AM all week. Bought a weight trainer yesterday at Wal-Mart it's too help me sweat more and also to stabilize my back to keep better form. Eager to try it on Monday's leg day. I'm in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and I'm in first on one that's over now but waiting for everyone to sync and second on the other that's ending in 5hrs. Starting a weekend challenge in 4hrs my first weekend challenge in a while.

Tomorrow's workout plan is Cardio (20 min incline treadmill walk an 15 min stair master if it's free) and 4 abs exercises that I haven't done before until last Friday. Won't know my work schedule until sometime Saturday afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs/Chest and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 15 min stair master. Tomorrow's plan is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk. My new weight lifting belt is going to work great as I used it this morning. My trainer said as long as I was within 30 calories either over or under 1700 it's OK with her. My legs are still sore from Monday's workout and I did another leg day today. I'm in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and am leading one and in second on the other one. After I bought a perfect bun helper I decided to try a bun without it and used just a ponytail holder and scrunchie which work just as well. Might look at getting some small barrettes or use a headband to keep the loose hairs in check.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders and Cardio workout warmed up with 15 min on elliptical then finished with a 10 min row today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Chest and 15 min elliptical to warm up then 15 min stair master(if it's free) to finish up. Bought a weight lifting belt to help with form when doing squats. Thought the L/XL would be too big but it's not so can't wait to use it tomorrow morning.

Got my new stuff on the app this morning but the server was down when I got ready to workout so my trainer wrote a legs day workout for me to do today. Changed my calories on the daily active part of the app so now my app won't tell me I'm over 1700 calories when I 'm not. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 15 min elliptical to warm up and 10 min row to finish up.

All green but didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed 1hr while sitting in church this morning. Was hard but I got 1700 calories in today. Tomorrow's workout plan is unless something new is put into the app a total body workout that is preloaded into the app.

Almost all green just missed active minutes but did achieve my steps per hour goal today. Plan is to get into the gym 5 days this week either in the morning, early afternoon, or late afternoon. Got as close to 1700 calories as I could today just missed by 5 so not too bad.  Was in 2 workweek challenges on my fit bit and won one of them and was second on the other.

All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Great Cardio/Abs workout this morning. Eager to see what I get for the rest of the week. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow morning to plan the number of days and time of day I'll get into the gym next week. Switched sites but still going to write here starting tonight. All green but didn't achieve my steps per hour goal today missed the last hour while sitting at a family b-day party. My grandma turned 90 today and we all surprised her with cake and ice cream. Got a couple of new workouts to get me through this week and both look pretty good. Switched trainers earlier this year and have noticed a difference in how I feel and the workouts.  Found a great Gym Rat workout plus did 15 min on the elliptical to finish up as I found the workout on the gym app that was already preloaded.
