All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Legs & 20 min incline treadmill walk this afternoon after I got my car back from being serviced. My new Fit Bit Charge3 is in town at the post office so I'll get it tomorrow when the mail comes. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 30 min on elliptical. My bruise isn't hurting today but I've been off and haven't done much so haven't taken anything for the pain today. So far as of today I'm 3.9# down from when I first started working with Johnyee. I've been using a food journal for so long that I don't remember the last time I didn't write down my food.
