Almost all green but will miss active minutes. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal was short 1hr while sitting in church tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days even if it means going after 5PM on Monday since I get off at 4:45PM that day. After a rest day tomorrow Monday's workout plan is Legs and 20min incline treadmill walk. Scale was down 1.7# for the week with one more day to watch before official weigh in. Put a Bang! energy drink in the fridge to take with me to work tomorrow morning to get me through the day.
