Didn't go all green yesterday just missed active minutes and miles but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Almost all green today just need miles and achieved my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs/Abs workout this evening. Starting a new training month on Wednesday and plan on focusing a little better this month on my food. I'm up 3.3# for the month but body fat is the same as the first of September. Tomorrow's workout plan is 15 min warm up on elliptical then shoulders followed by 10 min row to finish up. Forgot to measure so will do that on Thursday then post to the gym site.
