Didn't go all green yesterday missed floors, active minutes and calories burned. Achieved my steps per hour goal both yesterday and today. Will go all green on all but floors today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk today. Will just blog today and not check in on any groups. Might or might not journal tomorrow since I work 2PM-9PM but will try either before I go to work or when I get home write a little. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master but will do maybe 15 min on stair master then 15 min row to finish up since I've never gone longer than 15 min on the stair master before.
