Didn't go all green today missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal. Got in a great Legs & 20 min incline treadmill walk without a fall today since I did box step ups instead of jumps. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders & 30 min on stair master but might do 15 min on stair master and 15 min on elliptical. Battery on my Charge3 is at 21% but going to charge it as soon as I finish going all green and get 13K steps and 5 miles. Decided to take my phone out of the case to charge it and will use a cord to charge overnight instead of the wireless charging pad.
