Got in a great Biceps/Triceps and a little Chest workout and began with 30 min on elliptical. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan the time of day and number of days I can get into the gym this coming week. Almost all green yesterday missed floors and miles got miles today but missed floors. Achieved my steps per hour goal both yesterday and today too. Scale is down 0.6# from Monday with 2 days to still be careful before Monday weigh in. Body fat is down 0.9% from Monday.
