Won't go all green today will miss floors today but will achieve my steps per hour goal today. Great Shoulders/Cardio workout today I ended up doing 10 min on the stair master and 20 min on the rower since wasn't sure I could do 30 min on stair master since I wasn't used to it. Tomorrow will be a rest day since I'm going to the eye dr and getting my eyes dilated and also getting new tires on my car. Working late today so writing early today.
