Almost all green just going to miss active minutes and floors. Didn't achieve my steps per hour goal missed it by 29 steps while sitting in church tonight. Update on my back it's not a sore since I put an Icy Hot pain patch on when I got home from work this morning. Going to use either Icy Hot roll on or the Bio freeze roll on before bed tonight. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week. I was in 2 workweek hustle challenges and won one and finished second in the other. Currently in second place in both weekend warrior challenges right now.
