All green and achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Cardio/Abs workout this morning. My new workouts were loading this morning the app developers had to refresh the app and now then I could see my workouts. Wrote them down and don't have any easy cardio/abs day this month. Monday is Legs and 20 min on treadmill, Tuesday is Shoulders and 30 min on stair master, Wednesday is Legs and 20 min on treadmill, Thursday is Back and 30 min on elliptical, and Friday is begin with 15 min on ellie 2 twice for a total of 30 min then Triceps/Biceps. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days.
