Didn't go all green yesterday missed floors and active minutes and won't go all green today will miss floors for sure and maybe active minutes too. But will achieve my steps per hour goal today after missing yesterday's by 58 steps in the 5PM hour. Unofficially the scale is down 0.5# from last week and body fat is down 0.3% from last week with tomorrow being official weigh in. After watching my trainer's IG story I'm excited to see the changes that she's made to the gym since Friday I know at the gym they are starting classes on Monday using mats which are in the spot where the treadmills and recumbent bikes were so eager to see where those are at now.
