Almost all green just missed miles yesterday due to having to charge my Alta HR.  Achieved my steps per hour goal again today and will go all green. Got in a great Legs/Chest workout this evening and finally after working 7 days straight I'm off tomorrow and Friday. My new workouts should be uploaded tonight so will write them in my notebook tomorrow to have just in case. Tomorrow's workout is Back/Triceps and 20 min incline treadmill walk.
