Probably won't go all green today will miss floors and active minutes. So far on track to achieve my steps per hour goal today. Update on my back it's a little better but put on an Icy Hot pain patch after my shower. Watched an amazing win by the Kansas City Chiefs today we are now 7-1 after the victory today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs and 20 min incline treadmill walk first then work 1PM-6PM. Might have to be careful on legs day all depending on how my back feels in the morning. Might go ahead and use the Bio-Freeze roll on then after my shower use my last pain patch will need to buy another package tomorrow afternoon.
