Almost all green but might miss miles since I got a low battery message for my Alta HR but achieved my steps per hour goal today. Got in a great Shoulders/Cardio workout this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Chest and 15 min on elliptical to warm up and 15 min on stair master if it's free but if not then will do incline treadmill walk instead. Forgot that I go in a little later tomorrow so will take my measurements in the AM and get it posted to the gym site.
