1/31/19

Almost all green on my Fit Bit Charge3 today but will miss floors but will achieve my steps per hour goal. Battery is at 56% so will probably charge a little later this evening. Got in 20 min treadmill walk and Biceps/Glutes this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical. Mindful moment: How chatty is your mind today? You always have the breath to help. Breathe in, breathe out. Still unsure later if I'll check the Celebrity Big Brother feeds since I haven't been on all day.  I might after my shower but will decide later if I want to check the feeds or not. Back is feeling a little better today but still going to go easy tomorrow for my workout.

Almost all green just going to miss floors and maybe active minutes not sure yet. Achieved or will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps today. Instead of my gym workout modified for home I did 3 sets of 12 side raises alternating to front raises, biceps curls, shoulder presses, and chest presses in a circuit form. Idea courtesy of Celebrity Big Brother live feeds seen on Sunday from Joey and Ryan. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min on stair master (if my back is feeling up to it) and Biceps/Quads. May get on the treadmill or row instead of stair master if my back isn't up to it.  Missed my gym workout today due to the extremely cold temps. So far I've used my Bio-Freeze roll on 3 times and will use again before bed tonight. Will use my massage stick on my back in a bit and roll out on my exercise ball. Since I don't have a foam roller at home I have to improvise and use my workout ball and massage stick.

Almost all green today just missed floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 14K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout even though had to use lighter weights to protect my back. Forgot to use my Bio-Freeze this morning and afternoon but used it when I got home late this afternoon. Used the foam roller twice before my workout and after I got finished. Still need to sometime roll out on my exercise ball. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 15 min treadmill walk. Not looking forward to some of the back exercises as I'm afraid they will hurt. Tuned into the Celebrity Big Brother feeds to find they are down for possible nominations.

Almost all green today just missed floors but barely. Achieved my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min row since I tweaked my back sometime late last week and was hurting from unloading the truck this morning. Bio-Freeze has been my BFF since Saturday. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps and no planned cardio but might get something in to warm up.

Almost all green just going to miss floors and active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Plan for tomorrow is Legs and 20 min either on the stair master or something else depending on if the stair master is free. Drank my Bang! Keto Coffee Mocha this morning and have one in the fridge for tomorrow morning. Shortly will pack my workout clothes for tomorrow haven't done that yet. Been kinda just chillin today enjoying my last day off before going back to work in the morning.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have well over 13K steps for today. I ended up winning the Workweek Hustle challenge on the Fit Bit app yet again this week. Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even Monday after 4PM. Drank my Bang! Keto Coffee Mocha this morning and brought one in for Monday since I already did yesterday for tomorrow too. In this weather they are frozen and need to be put in the fridge to thaw a little before I drink them. For a bit this morning my Bluetooth mouse wasn't working but I turned off the Bluetooth then turned it back on and now the mouse works. Hoping to go all green all but floors tomorrow even get active minutes but we will see. After another rest day tomorrow it's back into the gym on Monday for Legs and 20 min on stair master (if free but if not then other cardio). Almost all green but will miss floors for today. Achieved or will achieve my steps per hour goal tonight and have 13K steps. Won't know my work schedule until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout times of day and number of days I can get in there. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 days. Next week is my final week of this training month then I get new workouts. Drank my Mocha Madness Keto Coffee this morning and brought 2 more in one for tomorrow and 1 for Sunday since I don't know when or if I work on Sunday yet. Got in a great Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical workout this morning and posted a couple of short videos to Instagram. Need to work I think on actually seeing my face when I record those videos. After the weekend off possibly it's Legs and 20 min on stair master or other cardio machine on Monday.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors but have or will achieve my steps per hour goal and will have over 13K steps. Had to do 20 min row instead of escalator (stair master) since it wasn't free until I was almost done so finished the row and Biceps/Glutes this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Abs and 20 min elliptical. Think I'll start posting short Instagram stories and maybe on FB too. Watching the Celebrity Big Brother Live Feeds and not much going on maybe more will happen later as it's just 20 till 1 in California. Posting early so I don't have to worry about it later and so I can have the live feeds on all evening. Drank my Mocha Bang! Almost all green again today just will miss floors but today have achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Back and 15 min treadmill walk this morning but couldn't find the long foam roller so went out to my car and brought in my short blue one. Mindful Moment: How do you feel right now? Take a moment to check in with the body. Tried the Cookies and Cream Bang! Keto Coffee and think I like the Mocha Madness better. Got my case of Mocha this morning and brought one in to get cold for tomorrow. Started using my new journal last night and was planning on writing a little but instead wrote half a page. Since I got home this morning I've been watching/listening to the Celebrity Edition of Big Brother live feeds. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min stair master (if it's free) and Biceps/Legs. With 2 days left in the work week challenge I'm in I'm leading with almost 20,000 more steps than second place. I just need 1,762 steps as of 4:30PM

Almost all green just going to miss floors today and for some reason came up 1hr shy of achieving my steps per hour goal. Got in a great 5 min warm up then Shoulders/Triceps workout today. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 15 min treadmill walk with a warm up on the foam roller to stretch out my back. Bought a notebook to journal on paper too just in case I forget something here when I'm writing and after I hit post then I can write in my journal later. Should get my Bang! Keto coffee Marvelous Mocha tomorrow as it should be delivered later today but I won't get it until tomorrow morning. Will have over 13K steps before the end of the night. Since my calories were changed from 1700 to 1400 I was under 1400 both nights yesterday by 1 and today by 5.

Almost all green today just will miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk since someone was on the escalator(stair master). Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps but will warm up with 5 min on escalator since I have no cardio planned and haven't been on it yet this week. Instead of going to GNC for their Bang! coffee flavor I had some ordered and it will be here sometime tomorrow so will get on Wed AM. Off this week so getting into the gym every morning when the gym is less crowded.

Almost all green today just going to miss floors and active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Off today and got a little cleaning done and might do a bit more later. After a rest day from the gym today it's back into the gym tomorrow AM for Legs and 20 min on stair master and it's also the start of the 5 Star Nutrition Weight Loss Challenge too. Might wait until Wed to go and see if GNC has the coffee flavored Bang! in stock. Ended yesterday with over 15K steps and was all green all but floors and active minutes.

Plan on going almost all green just might miss active minutes and floors but plan on achieving my steps per hour goal. Also plan on having 13K steps for today. Writing early since I work 1:30PM-8PM and don't want to turn my computer on when I get home. Plan on getting into the gym all 5 days this week weather and roads permitting of course but right now it's just windy and cold no rain or snow showers yet. Eager still for Monday to get the info to start the 5 Star Nutrition Weight Loss challenge. Might've had better numbers on the body test if I'd drank more water but I'll know that for next time to drink a ton of water before we go over in March. To reach my goal set by my trainer I need to lose at least 12#. But the body scan shows I need to lose 40.3# of Body Fat and gain 7.5# in lean body mass now that we know that I'll talk to my trainer to get a plan in place to achieve that.

Almost all green today just will miss floors and active minutes but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Decided to skip my workout today and take a much needed rest day. After taking gym rest days tomorrow and Sunday it's back into the gym on Monday morning. Eager to get the info on Monday to start the 5 Star Nutrition Weight Loss challenge and see what we gotta do. Bought on Sunday and decided to use today a 64oz stainless steel water bottle. It won't fit in my cup holder that that's OK cause it will fit into my lunch box on the seat beside me. Getting my laundry done tonight since I won't have time in the morning and need a shirt for work tomorrow.

Almost all green but will miss floors and came up 2hrs shy of achieving my steps per hour goal while sitting driving to weigh in and take the body analysis and back home. Got in a great 20 min on escalator(stair master) and Biceps/Legs workout this morning after we got home. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical. Almost all green today will miss floors but barely and achieved my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps today. Got in a great Back and 15 min incline treadmill walk this morning. Can't eat 3hrs before taking the test to begin the weight loss challenge so will make a lean 25 shake and drink after we get back. Taking a Bang! Energy drink Mocha with me I have $3 and will leave on the desk since I'm going to run in to use the restroom before we leave and will drink the Mocha on the way home. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min stair master and Biceps/Legs as my quads are still sore from Monday. Our local GNC doesn't have any of the Bang! Coffee in stock but I'll check Monday and Tuesday next week to see if they have any in. The guy is going to hold a case of the Hazelnut flavor back for me. Almost all green today just going to miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout this afternoon. Tomorrow I go over to Joplin to weigh in and do final registration for 5 Star Nutrition Weight Loss challenge. After getting back it will be Back and 15 min on treadmill. Eager to start a weight loss challenge that's not sponsored by MAC Fitness or a TOPS challenge. I've only got 3 packages of vitamins left but will see what they have at 5 Star and what is recommended for me. I work Friday 10:15-4:30 on Friday then 1:30PM-8PM on Saturday then not sure about Sunday yet before I'm on vacation for a week and a day so when the challenge starts I'll have the whole week to dedicate to getting my workouts in when the gym isn't busy in the mornings. Almost all green today just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 17K steps. Got in a great Legs and had to do 20 min row instead of stair master since someone was on it when I got ready. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps and no schedule cardio but will get on the rower to see how long it takes to go 2,000 meters to see if I can beat 13:30 which I did today. Wednesday morning I go over to Joplin to weigh in for the 5 Star Nutrition Weight loss challenge. I think this is just what I need to help kick start my journey again.

Work 9AM-5PM tomorrow then into the gym for Legs and 20 min of cardio depending on if the stair master is free or not will decide if I get on it or something else. Will talk to Johnyee tomorrow to see when she wants to go weigh in for the 5 Star Nutrition weight loss challenge either Wed or Thurs work better for me since I'm off both days.

Plan is to get into the gym all 5 days this week even going after 5PM a couple of days. I'm off on Wed and Thurs so will see when Johnyee wants to go over and weigh for the 5 Star Nutrition weight loss challenge to finish our registration process.

Almost all green today just will miss floors and maybe active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal and get over 13K steps. Got in a great Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical this morning. Been thinking since talking to Johnyee about joining the 5 Star Nutrition weight loss challenge have the number to text to preregister just haven't done it yet. Need to make up my mind for sure before Wednesday. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow to plan my workout number of days and times of day. Hoping for 5 days but will take 4 if that's all I can get in.

Almost all green today but might miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great workout today did 20 min on stair master at 50 steps per minute then biceps/legs with a new glutes exercise so should be sore tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical. Found a new session on Headspace it's called Finding Focus and is a 30 day plan instead of the normal 10 days. For once my earbuds said low battery when I was almost done with my workout instead of just getting started. Yesterday I had to switch earbuds partway through my workout but not today. Ran out of time today so will play on the Bosu ball tomorrow to work more on balance.

Almost all green today and achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps for today. Got in a great Back and 15 min treadmill walk this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is 20 min on stair master and Biceps/Legs. Went to GNC and there is supposed to be soon a coffee flavor of Bang! energy drink so think I'll buy a case or two of them when they come into the store. Planning on finding a new Headspace program to do since I kinda took a little break but back to it later. Did pretty well just standing on the reverse bosu ball but was beginning to loose my balance attempting a squat so will work on that tomorrow and Friday then maybe on Monday I can do a few squats without holding onto the polls on either side of the area that I set up in on Monday.

Almost all green today but might miss floors and active minutes but will have over 13K steps and achieved my steps per hour goal too. Got in a great Shoulder/Triceps workout this evening and tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 15 min on treadmill. Bought a pair of earphones yesterday that are like the Apple Air pods but a lot cheaper and used them today they work great. Ran out of time tonight to work on my balance on the reverse bosu ball but will tomorrow morning.

1/7/19

All green today only the second time ever since I got my Charge3 that I've gotten floors. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today and have well over 17K steps. Charging my tracker a little then will take it off at 6PM to get the final hour for steps per hour today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk since someone was on the stair master when I got ready for cardio. Used my lighter loop band and it made the legs exercises harder. Going to work this year on my balance and standing on the reverse Bosu ball and try to do 8 squats this month then just stand without holding onto anything. Tomorrow's workout is Shoulders/Triceps and no cardio.

Almost all green today just might miss floors and active minutes but will achieve my steps per hour goal. After a rest day from the gym it's Legs and 20 min stair master tomorrow afternoon. Bought and can't wait to try them resistance loop bands to use for Legs days and will try them out tomorrow afternoon. Got my treat this morning so hope it doesn't hurt my weigh in for tomorrow morning.

Almost all green today just might miss floors and active minutes. Came up 35 steps shy of achieving my steps per hour goal today. I'll get into the gym all 5 days this week and even have my workout clothes packed to leave at work since I go in on Monday at 6AM. Eager to get into the gym on Monday and get started with my new workouts. Work 9AM-3:45PM tomorrow and will get my treat for the week Starbucks Venti White Chocolate Mocha extra shot but will skim or reduced fat milk for me and same thing minus the skim or reduced fat milk and the Grande size for my manager since it's been forever since I've gotten to open with him.

Almost all green just going to miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great Chest/Abs and 20 min on ellie workout this morning now to take the weekend off from the gym then get back in there next week. Won't know my work schedule for next week until sometime tomorrow afternoon to plan my workout times of day and number of days. Hoping for 5 days this week but will take 4 all depending on how my schedule shakes out this week.

Almost green today but will miss floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Feeling a lot better so plan on getting in my Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical tomorrow morning then full force next week with the rest of them. Workout plan for the month is: Monday--Legs and 20 min on stair master Tuesday--Shoulders/Triceps Wednesday--Back and 15 min on treadmill Thursday--20 min on stair master and Biceps/Legs Friday--Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical JBuds Air all charged up and ready for use tomorrow even already have them in my purse. For now have the coush-fin on them to help with comfort but can take them off if I don't like them. Tried them just now with the Coush-Fin but think I will wear my new earbuds without them as they fit into my ears better. Sound quality is very good almost as good as the Air Pods and cheaper so will use the Air Pods at home and these at the gym.

Almost all green but might miss floors and active minutes. But will achieve my steps per hour goal today. Got my new workouts on the app this morning just have to write them in my notebook to get ready for next week. Might do Friday's workout this week will see how I feel on Friday morning. Ordered JBuds Air from Wal-Mart.com and was able to pick them up today so they are charging now so they will be ready for use possibly on Friday but if not then it will be ready on Monday.

Almost all green today might just miss floors and active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps or will by the end of the night. Writing early but know I'll get over 13K steps and achieve my steps per hour goal too. For 2018 I am down 6# but in the 9 months that I've been working with Johnyee I'm down 5.3# so the change of trainer really helped me not do the same sets of workouts 2 months in a row. I'm doing new exercises that I've never done before and stepping out of my comfort zone too. After a week off to rest and recover I'll be back into the gym or should be next week.
