Almost all green today just missed floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 17K steps. Got in a great Legs and had to do 20 min row instead of stair master since someone was on it when I got ready. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps and no schedule cardio but will get on the rower to see how long it takes to go 2,000 meters to see if I can beat 13:30 which I did today. Wednesday morning I go over to Joplin to weigh in for the 5 Star Nutrition Weight loss challenge. I think this is just what I need to help kick start my journey again.
