All green today only the second time ever since I got my Charge3 that I've gotten floors. Achieved my steps per hour goal for today and have well over 17K steps. Charging my tracker a little then will take it off at 6PM to get the final hour for steps per hour today. Got in a great Legs and 20 min treadmill walk since someone was on the stair master when I got ready for cardio. Used my lighter loop band and it made the legs exercises harder. Going to work this year on my balance and standing on the reverse Bosu ball and try to do 8 squats this month then just stand without holding onto anything. Tomorrow's workout is Shoulders/Triceps and no cardio.
