Almost all green today but might miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and have over 13K steps. Got in a great workout today did 20 min on stair master at 50 steps per minute then biceps/legs with a new glutes exercise so should be sore tomorrow. Tomorrow's workout plan is Chest/Abs and 20 min on elliptical. Found a new session on Headspace it's called Finding Focus and is a 30 day plan instead of the normal 10 days. For once my earbuds said low battery when I was almost done with my workout instead of just getting started. Yesterday I had to switch earbuds partway through my workout but not today. Ran out of time today so will play on the Bosu ball tomorrow to work more on balance.
