Almost all green today just missed floors but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 14K steps for today. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout even though had to use lighter weights to protect my back. Forgot to use my Bio-Freeze this morning and afternoon but used it when I got home late this afternoon. Used the foam roller twice before my workout and after I got finished. Still need to sometime roll out on my exercise ball. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 15 min treadmill walk. Not looking forward to some of the back exercises as I'm afraid they will hurt. Tuned into the Celebrity Big Brother feeds to find they are down for possible nominations.
