Almost all green today just going to miss floors but did achieve my steps per hour goal and had over 13K steps. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout this afternoon. Tomorrow I go over to Joplin to weigh in and do final registration for 5 Star Nutrition Weight Loss challenge. After getting back it will be Back and 15 min on treadmill. Eager to start a weight loss challenge that's not sponsored by MAC Fitness or a TOPS challenge. I've only got 3 packages of vitamins left but will see what they have at 5 Star and what is recommended for me. I work Friday 10:15-4:30 on Friday then 1:30PM-8PM on Saturday then not sure about Sunday yet before I'm on vacation for a week and a day so when the challenge starts I'll have the whole week to dedicate to getting my workouts in when the gym isn't busy in the mornings. Quads are still sore from yesterday's workout. After my JBuds Air wouldn't stay in my ears yesterday I switched to my headphones and love them so much better so going to start using them again. They fit my head much better with my MAC Fitness hat on than without.
