Almost all green today but might miss floors and active minutes but will have over 13K steps and achieved my steps per hour goal too. Got in a great Shoulder/Triceps workout this evening and tomorrow's workout plan is Back and 15 min on treadmill. Bought a pair of earphones yesterday that are like the Apple Air pods but a lot cheaper and used them today they work great. Ran out of time tonight to work on my balance on the reverse bosu ball but will tomorrow morning.
