24 Weeks, 4 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 8.7 grams Protein, under 0.5 grams Carbs and under 1.5 grams Fats. Sent my weekly check in to Coach around 6:30 tonight so will maybe hear back tomorrow or Thursday at the latest.  Didn't get my Back/Biceps training in today as my cycle started. Will get in tomorrow's training which will be Shoulders/Triceps after breakfast. Not drinking my ZZZ's tonight since I'm off tomorrow. Still tracking in both My Macros+ and My Transphorm app. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. My phone was at full battery when I went to work this morning and it's 7PM now with battery at 60% so much better battery life than my old phone. Plan on taking my progress photo and measurements on Saturday for the month of April. 

24 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 23.7 grams Protein, under 8.3 grams Carbs and under 9.8 grams Fats. Today's training was truck unload I was up inside the truck with the guys pushing the boxes down the line. Tomorrow's training is Back/Biceps after dinner.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will get my ZZZ's ready to drink soon and will start drinking it around 7:30PM since I want to have it drank by 8:15 or so to sit 20-30 min before bedtime.  Last night's SpO2 was 92%. Completed 1 Step Bet Maintainer challenge yesterday and started a new one today. Still using both My Macros+ and My Transphorm app to track my food. After starting the 75 Hard Challenge again I Completed day 6 today as I had done over 20 days before getting my new phone last week and had to start over. This week's Holy Week plan is streaming church both Thursday and Friday nights at 6PM. Then Holy Saturd

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 17.4 grams Protein, under 4.7 grams Carbs and over 0.5 grams Fats. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will be getting my ZZZ's ready to drink tonight. Tomorrow's training plan is tracking truck unload. Last night's SpO2 was 94%. Been tracking my food both on the My Macros + app and 1ST Phorm My transformation app. Getting used to tracking with the latter as it will be the one I use in about 7 weeks. 

25 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2 almost achieved my steps per hour goal missed the 1PM hour by 148 steps in the car on the way home from the morning out of town but have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 10 grams Protein, under 0.1 grams Carbs and under 11.6 grams Fats not the best refeed day I've had. Versa battery is at 38% so plan on charging as soon as I complete Active day 4 of Step Bet Maintainer Challenge. Great streaming Passion Sunday Mass tonight. Yesterday I had a great 15 min chat with my new coach as of May 20th when my year with Coach Adam is up. He's more of a coach for those wanting to compete any my new Coach Addie is more focused on weight loss clients. I'll be saving money too as I just pay for the app that she uses but her services are free. SpO2 last night was 92%. Shortly will get my ZZZ's ready to drink tonight.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 13.9 grams Protein, over 5.2 grams Carbs and under 8.5 grams Fats. Macros were off on Wednesday as I had the wrong Carbs target it was supposed to  be 90 grams not 100. Tomorrow is my refeed day this week since I'm going out to a restaurant for the first time in almost a year. Next week's training plan is Monday truck unload, Tuesday Back/Biceps after dinner, Wed Shoulders/Triceps after breakfast, Thursday Legs/Glutes after dinner and Friday truck unload. Got in a great Arms/Lite Delts this morning after breakfast and before work. Last night's SpO2 was 94%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was over 0.5 grams Protein, under 16.3 grams Carbs and under 0.7 grams Fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout in this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast and before work. Forgot the SpO2 from night before last was 93% as it was last night also. Have my water ready to mix up my ZZZ's for tonight.  Today was day 2 of the 75 Hard challenge. Since I got my new phone I need to rescan the QR code for the app that my work uses for the schedule.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 8.5 grams Protein, under 6.8 grams Carbs and under 1.6 grams Fats. Got a reply from coach this afternoon and he was happy with my numbers and didn't change anything this week. Got in a great Shoulders/Triceps workout this morning. Work schedule for this week changed again no truck so taking a vacation day tomorrow so will get my Legs/Glutes workout in after breakfast and same on Friday will get my Arms/Lite Delts workout in also after breakfast since I work 11AM to 5PM. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Drank my ZZZ's last night since I already had them mixed up when I got the call that truck was moved to tomorrow. Getting my new phone I had to log back in to the 75 Hard challenge app so lost all of my days I had over 21 days so started over with day 1.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was over 14.5 grams Protein, under 1.5 grams Carbs and under 16.5 grams Fats. Last night a couple of my phone apps crashed and kept on crashing well went to US Cellular and it was an android issue. My Galaxy S8 was paid off and I planned on upgrading in May anyway so got that done today. Got in a modified Back/Biceps workout as I was getting my phone apps back signed in and my phone charged. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and soon getting my Core ZZZ's ready to drink. Last night's Spo2 was 93%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today I was over 13.5 grams Protein, under 1.6 grams Carbs and under 3 grams Fats. Got in a modified Legs/Glutes workout tonight. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after dinner. Last nights SpO2 was 91%. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Workouts for this week are on the weekly check in spreadsheet.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 2.2 grams Protein, under 13 grams Carbs and under 3 grams Fats. Haven't gotten my workouts planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet yet. Unsure if I'll get my workout in tomorrow since I'm off at 4:30 but need to get a shower before The Voice starts since I have an early morning on Tuesday. SpO2 for last night was 93%.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today I was over 2 grams of Protein, under 12.7 grams of Carbs and under 0.5 grams of Fats. Meds are ready for the week and Vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Last night's SpO2 was 95%. Tomorrow I'll get my workouts planned on my Weekly summary.  Drinking my ZZZ's now then once done will wait 20-30 minutes before going to bed.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Got in a great Arms/Lite Delts workout this morning. Macros were good today I was under 22 grams of Protein, under 1 gram of Carbs and over 12 grams of Fats. Working on getting better since after I hit post last night I heard from Coach and he cut my carbs another 10 so my target is now 90 Carbs instead of 100. Next week's work schedule was published early so I can get in 4-5 workouts and 1 truck unload day. Monday through Thursday workouts will be after dinner and Friday's will be after breakfast. SpO2 for last night was 96% and for Wed it was 93%. Versa battery is at 33% so going to charge it after I complete active day 3 of 4 for wk5 on Step Bet Maintainer's challenge.  

26 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Didn't want to but got my Legs/Glutes workout in this afternoon. Macros were good today I was under 12.3 grams Protein, over 1.6 grams Carbs and under 5.8 grams Fats. It's 6:20 PM my time/7:20PM my coach's time and haven't heard from him yet. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast. Forgot to post SpO2 for Tuesday night but last night it was 95%. Think my SpO2 was in the lower to mid 90's for Tuesday night. Won't drink my ZZZ tonight since I'm off tomorrow.  Still using Orajel on my tongue it's not as sore as it has been but still using that anyways.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 19.2 grams Protein, under 8.7 grams Carbs and over 1.9 grams Fats. Tracked truck unload this morning instead of getting in my Shoulders/Triceps workout in. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Went to the dentist this afternoon and she filed down the spot on my lower retainer that was hurting my tongue. Still using Orajel to help with the pain and rubbing on my tongue. Thinking about saving my refeed day this training week until Tuesday since it's my birthday. Had time to kill after work and before my dentist appointment so went to a local boutique and bought myself a new blue mask and a headband since I had a birthday coupon I needed to use.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were great today I was under 18.7 grams Protein, over 0.5 grams Carbs and under 10.5 grams Fats. Got in a great Back/Biceps workout in after I got home from my appointments this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner. Called the dentist and they can get me in tomorrow afternoon so will use Orajel and using warm salt water again tonight and in the morning. They suggested I use a glass nail file but I'd rather them mess with my retainers.  Got my pedi this morning but didn't get them polished. Plan on closer to the family wedding I'm attending sometime that week I'll get a manicure. Sleeping O2 was 95% and that's without my ZZZ's.

26 Weeks, 5 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout after dinner. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after I get back from a few morning appointments. Macros were good today I was over 4.8 grams Protein, under 3.3 grams Carbs and over 3 grams Fats. Finally got my refeed day macros cleared up they are 100 grams Protein, 140 grams Carbs and 40 grams Fats. So will follow those on Friday. Versa battery is at 23% so going to charge once I complete an active day for week 5 of Step Bet Maintainer's challenge. Tomorrow will be busy I get a haircut then Pedicure and after that I'll go and pay for my taxes but pick them up either later in the week or first of next week. I'm going to call the dentist since the lower retainer is rubbing on my tongue and making it sore so will call them and see if I can get in for an emergency appointment. For now been swishing salt water around and will use some mouth pain

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were good today I was under 8.1 grams Protein, under 0.7 grams Carbs, and under 5.8 grams Fats. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner.  Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and will call the pharmacy to get my meds and prescription toothpaste refilled since I'll be using the toothpaste until my next teeth cleaning.  

27 Weeks out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were better today I was over 5.2 grams Protein, under 16.7 grams Carbs and over 5.9 grams Fats. Meds ready for next week and vitamins are ready for tomorrow. Workouts are planned on my weekly check in spreadsheet.  Great Online streaming church service tonight. It's been almost a year since church was closed to in person services. I may go back 2 or 3 weeks after I get my second vaccine shot.

27 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 24.8 grams Protein, over 5.4 grams Carbs and under 2.5 grams Fats. Tomorrow's goal are 100P, 100C, and 30F. Great Arms/Lite Delts workout this morning. My work schedule for next week was published early so I can get all 5 workouts plus truck unload this week. Got my retainer today and I was thinking they were the old wire retainers but they aren't they look like the Invisalign trays but don't move the teeth. Finally heard from Coach and he didn't want to change anything just wants me to be more consistent hitting closer to my macro goals. For now until at least June I have to wear my retainers all the time then if all goes well I'll just have to wear them at night.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18Kmsteps for today. Macros were good again today I was under 10.7 grams Protein, under 0.2 grams Carbs and under 7.9 grams Fats. Tomorrow's goals are 100 P, 40 C and 10 F. Great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast. Called the dentist office and they were going to call me as my retainers are here so going to get them tomorrow afternoon. It's 6:30PM my time/7:30 PM my coach's time and haven't heard from him yet. I know from yesterday's zoom chat that his allergies were acting up so he was behind on check in replies. Last week I heard from him on Friday morning. Getting caught up on contest prep university (CPU) podcasts. I'm 19 episodes behind so trying to get caught up before a new one is posted.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goa, and have over 18K steps for today. Great Shoulders/Triceps workout this afternoon. Macros were good again today I was under 25.5 grams Protein, under 2.2 grams Carbs and under 11.9 grams Fats. Versa battery is at 32% so will be charging it in a bit. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner. Probably won't hear from Coach until sometime tomorrow afternoon. Plan on making my ZZZ's getting them ready during Chicago Fire on NBC then drink during Chicago PD. Sleep score last night was 77 not as good since I only had just over 6 and a half hour sleep instead of over 8 hours.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today.  Got in a great Back/Biceps workout after dinner. Macros were good again today I was over 2.3 grams Protein, under 15.5 grams Carbs and under 7 grams of Fats. Sent my weekly check in to Coach around 4PM my time/5PM his time. Probably won't get a reply back until Thursday afternoon. Sleep score was 87 again last night.  Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner. Versa battery is at 50% so going to try and hold off until tomorrow evening and charge it then. With tomorrow morning being an early one I'll make my ZZZ about the time The Voice starts on NBC.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was over 12.5 grams Protein, under 33.2 grams Carbs and under 0.6 grams Fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout plan is Back/Biceps after dinner. Got my vitamins ready for tomorrow and received my order this afternoon.  Sleep was really good last night my Fit Bit sleep score was 87 so going to drink my Core ZZZ again tonight.  

27 Weeks, 6 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today I was under 0.7 grams protein, under 19.5 grams carbs and under 13.5 grams fats. Again last night wasn't a good test as my arm was still sore but it's better now so will drink Core ZZZ again tonight. This weeks workouts are Legs/Glutes tomorrow, Back/Biceps on Tuesday, Shoulders/Triceps or truck unload on Wed, Legs/Glutes on Thurs, and Arms/Lite Delts on Friday. Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and it's much easier instead of opening 3 bottles I just open 1 packet and put the vitamins in the small pill box I have. This week's workout plan is Monday through Thursday afternoon after dinner and Friday morning after breakfast.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps today. Macros were great today goals were 100 Protein, 100 Carbs and 30 Fats. I was under 6.7 grams Protein, under 6.6 grams Carbs and under 10 grams Fats. Last night wasn't a true test of the Core ZZZ since my arm was and still is sore from my shot and I had a headache. Will test it again tonight. My 1ST Phorm order will all goes well come Monday. Tomorrow I'll get my workouts for the week planned on my weekly spreadsheet. 

28 Weeks, 1 day out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today goals were 100 protein and I was under 40.1 grams, 40 Carbs and I was under 1.5 grams and 10 grams Fats and I was under 3.4 grams. Tomorrow's goals are 100 Protein, 100 Carbs and 30 Fats. Those will be my Macros goals until next Friday when they will be the same as today's. Great Arm/lite delts workout this morning. Went this afternoon and got my first dose of the Covid Vaccine. Other than a tender arm I feel great no other side effects. Got my Core ZZZ today and will drink a scoop of it on the nights before work. Heard from Coach this morning and this week we aren't going to change anything. Ordered the Micro Factor Vitamins and Alpha Care HD last night and should have it by Monday I would think.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today as target numbers the same as yesterday. I was under 11.2 grams Protein, under 1.1 grams Carbs and over 0.5 grams Fats. Tomorrow's goals are 100 Protein, 40 Carbs and 10 Fats. It's 5PM my time/6PM my coach's time and have yet to hear from him yet.  Great Legs/Glutes workout this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout is Arms/lite delts after breakfast. Tomorrow afternoon I go and get my first dose of the Covid Vaccine. Planning on ordering 1ST Phorm Micro Factor vitamins and that's it for now will order another time Reds and Greens and also Alpha Care HD. For now going to finish the Core ABCD that I have. Should have my Core ZZZ to try tomorrow evening.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today goals the same as yesterday.  I was over 12.1 grams Protein, under 7.4 grams Carbs and over 8.2 grams fats. Core Nutritionals is out of the Multi and Load so think I'll switch back to 1St Phorm Vitamins starting tomorrow I'll take what I have left and order more. Today is day 2 of the Hard 75 Challenge.  Today I ended up just tracking truck unload. Tomorrow's workout plan is Legs/Glutes after dinner.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today and goals were the same as yesterday. I was over 6.5 grams Proteins, under 4.5 grams Carbs and over 0.8 grams Fats.  Got on a great Back/Biceps workout this morning. Tomorrow's workout plan is Shoulders/Triceps after dinner. Today is day 1 of 75 form the Hard 75 Challenge. I've seen it a lot on Instagram so thought I'd download the app and start today. Sent my weekly check in to Coach Adam around 3:30PM and probably won't get a reply back until Thursday afternoon. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and my Core order has shipped will check in the morning to see when it's supposed to be delivered.

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Macros were good today goals were the same as yesterday and I was under 12.4 grams proteins, under 0.8 grams Carbs and over 0.5 grams Fats. Got in a great Legs/Glutes workout this evening. Tomorrow's workout is Back/Biceps after breakfast. Saw a post on Facebook from my local Community Health Clinic so called and got an appointment for my first dose of the Covid vaccine on Friday late afternoon. Core Vitamins are ready for tomorrow and tried to reorder the Core Multi and Core load but both are sold out so ordered my energy drinks and going to try Core ZZZ's which is a drink supplement to help with sleep.
