26 Weeks, 2 days out

 All green on my Versa 2, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 18K steps for today. Didn't want to but got my Legs/Glutes workout in this afternoon. Macros were good today I was under 12.3 grams Protein, over 1.6 grams Carbs and under 5.8 grams Fats. It's 6:20 PM my time/7:20PM my coach's time and haven't heard from him yet. Tomorrow's workout plan is Arms/Lite Delts after breakfast. Forgot to post SpO2 for Tuesday night but last night it was 95%. Think my SpO2 was in the lower to mid 90's for Tuesday night. Won't drink my ZZZ tonight since I'm off tomorrow.  Still using Orajel on my tongue it's not as sore as it has been but still using that anyways.
